Location
Was very difficult to get into the property because the agent forgot to send us a message about the need to install Vacant Smart program on the phone, without which the links to open the door would not work. Also, if you want to check in before 3 pm, as is the practice in other places, then this is not possible in this apartment.

Comfortable and centrally located. Suited our group of 4.
Despite messaging three times, we didn't get a response. Needed to have the heating on to guarantee hot water. Water leaked from the main shower into my bedroom, soaking my suitcase. No response when these issues were raised. No kettle
