Great place to stay in Neuchatel. Comfortable and great location.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location is great, just a 5 min walk from the main train station and a 5 min walk to the city center. The rooms are maintained to a high standard, very clean and comfortable.

Perfect spot for a few days in Neuchatel

We found this property really cozy and pretty. We didn't have breakfast there, just a nice coffee but the breakfast table seemed appealing, to be tried the next time. The staff was nice and welcoming. The best feature of this B&B is its position, in a just a few minutes on foot you can be at the train station, the city center and plenty of restaurants are in the streets near by.

Fantastic !

Everything went well, except sometimes I woke up in a sweat, as well as my sheets. I think I could have been better off with a light blanket instead of a duvet. Were the sheets cotton or synthetic ? When I got home to Toronto, where I have just a light blanket and cotton sheets on my bed, I have not sweated at all !! The staff were great. Francoise is a lovely person ! When I needed help planning a side trip to Interlaken as well as computer help, she responded right away ! The place was very quiet, away from busy streets. However, it was superbly located , as it was only a 5 minute walk from the train station !

Great visit & really liked our accommodations!

Location was great access to trains, easy walk to main town. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Room was very clean & shared bath was very easy to access!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. It was superb. From the beginning, our host was friendly and very accomodating. We were able to use the washing facilities as well which was a bonus. While we didn't dine there, there is breakfast available which looked nice. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom/shower is very spacious and well-equipped. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay to explore Neuchatel

Excellent communication and easy check in process. Parking was perfect. Room was clean, well appointed, quiet and in a good location. Access to coffee was a bonus. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue and check out was smooth.
