The location is central but quiet. Design and amenities are modern. We had a jacuzzi in the room and very much appreciated it after a long day. Stefania and Valeria are amazing hostesses. Tons of great tips. We felt very welcome.
In the shower it would great to have a shelf or stand for personal bath items.

I absolutely loved how clean and modern the room was. I loved how everything was up-to-date and comfortable. I liked how it felt somewhat like a hotel and the towels were replaced every day. And the bed was made. There was cleaning every day.
The room that I chose there was a hot tub right in the middle of the room. I think the better use of that space would’ve been to put a desk or something else. There wasn’t any bubble bath or anything for me to even start it up. It would be nice if that was included so I could’ve made use of it. The pictures in the actual property it was a little bit misleading. The room was much smaller than I thought. During the time that I stayed, the elevator was broken so it was exhausting taking my luggage up five floors and back down when I left. Every time I wanted to come and go going up and down the stairs was a lot. I wish I knew that before I even booked the reason I booked the place was because there was an elevator also. I wish I could’ve ever seen some sort of compensation or discount for that. It said there was breakfast or room service, but I didn’t see that anywhere or wasn’t given any information on it. I wish there was a do not disturb sign that we could hang up on the door because I was woken up a few times for cleaning. If I used the cups or anything, those were not replaced each day. So using the same cup every day. But the towels were replaced so that’s a good thing.

The location was excellent only a 10 minute walk to Vatican and in an area with a lot of good restaurants and shops and very close to Metro. The room was clean with a very clever wardrobe system giving more space. A well equipped kitchen was available on the floor.
We arrived at the property to be told the lift hasn’t worked since January . Our room was on 4th floor- 95 steps!!! Travelling for 4 weeks with a suitcase and being 68 years old , we would never have booked accommodation without a lift . The booking site still says “lift” at this time. In the 4 days we were there , no work was done on the lift. If we had been informed the lift wasn’t working, we would have booked elsewhere.
Also the bar fridge in the room wasn’t cold and milk went off in a day.
