Juste un peut bémol :les prochains locataires sont arrivés en avance, avant notre heure de départ. Ils ont utilisés le code reçu au pré-enregistrement, nous n'avions pas terminé de nous préparer. Nous avions déjà retiré la clé sur la porte pour la ranger selon les consignes reçues. Un ajustement du système de code serait utile car ils n'ont pas respecté les horaires de check-in et sont arrivés dans le logement sans autorisation préalable ce qui aurait pu causer un problème de sécurité et d'intimité.

The location was absolutely superb. Near to both some major attractions and pick up points for some day trips - and some very wonderful restaurants. It was quiet in the evening and near to numerous shops and public transport. I would definitely visit again if I was staying in Rome.

We loved the location the metro was about 5 minutes away. The Vatican city 10 minutes walk away. There are little cafes, shops just round the corner. The property was perfect for the 5 of us plenty of space lovely rooms with everything you would need. Communication with the host was easy & he had lots of helpful recommendations for making our visit to Rome a brilliant one. I would definitely recommend this accommodation😊

proximity to restaurants and Vatican
air conditioning not cooling enough and leaking due to condensation, we had to put pans on the floor, 1 shower out of 3 with heater and shower head was broken, conditioner and shampoo not provided. Upon arrival to property no toiletries were provided and only sheets/pillows on beds for 4 of us and we were 5 in our party. Marcos came over and provided sheets/pillow and returned the next day with shower gels however, he turned off the AC units and it was very hot in the apt upon our return from tours and it was very unpleasant.
