I had a very pleasant experience at Growell. Accommodation as described. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed. The location is very good (the accommodation is on a pedestrian street), close to the Vatican, near the metro, restaurants, various shops. At the reception there is a very nice young woman, friendly and eager to help you with information, her name is Kim. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I return to Rome! I recommend!

Kim is very warm, hospitable and understanding. Location is excellent, so close to Vatican City and the several restaurants and cafes that we like. Very safe.
Wish there were conditioner and places to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom.

We spent 3 nights in 2 rooms (family of 4). The stay was excellent. Our focus was on the Vatican and for this purpose the location is unbeatable. It allowed us to squeeze in resting back in the room between the different tours we had planned (morning papal audience, afternoon tour of Vatican museum, Sistine chapel, St. Peters Basilica) and other outings. Close to metro, bus stops as well. Great restaurants just around the corner. Beds were really comfortable, rooms were modern. There are in total I think 6 rooms, so this is not a hotel, more of a B&B, but that makes it more special, the attention is personal. While reception is not 24 hrs, there is WhatsApp communication with the staff which is reassuring, you’re not on your own. The staff is famous from the reviews written before me :), I can just confirm that they are all wonderful, our warm thanks to Kim and Fabio ❤️! Finally, and importantly, because you will be spending a lot on food and excursions in Rome😉, Growel provides excellent value for money, so you can afford more for your money while staying in Rome!
The downstairs lobby and common areas of the building could be made brighter, but these are not part of the suites per se
