The hotel and staff were excellent. Location was very good next to Vatican with easy access to restaurants, stores, metro, laundry. Kim and Ravindu were great. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Kim was exceptional and helped us find different places, and gave us excellent recommendations and even came in early the day we left so we could get out on time. Breakfast was delicious and prepared daily based on what we wanted. We have travelled a lot but when visiting Rome again, we plan to come back here.

Excellent location, exceptional service. The workers were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
The attendants were only available from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Our room was quite small with a view of the building’s dirty inner courtyard.
Although the breakfast tasted good, the menu was very limited.
No lounge or common areas. No place to sit except one’s own room.

The stay was perfect, the staff (Kim and Ravindu) were nice, super friendly and quick to answer all our questions. The room was fresh and cleaned every day. The breakfast was tasty and varied and we could modify it each day, and get seconds whenever we wanted. The location is perfect with all the major landmarks within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Rome.
