Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Permettono il deposito bagagli anche prima del check-in, servizio essenziale. Camera accogliente con aria condizionata.
Unica pecca riscontrata, la mancanza del bidet (nella nostra stanza) e di un piccolo frigo per l'acqua.

Excellent location in Rome, close to the Vatican museum and a short walk to the metro. Beds were comfortable. The lady who met us at check-in was friendly and polite, and explained everything to us. Air conditioning was a big plus as we were there during a very hot spell. There was coffee and tea available as well as a small fridge. The room was spotless.
The shower was tiny, a larger person would struggle to get in. Also it is on the 5th floor, and you are relying on the people who last used the elevator to correctly shut the doors, or it won’t work. This was an issue for us only once, but if you had mobility problems it might be a bigger problem.

The location was excellent, very close to the Vatican and within a comfortable 20–25 minute walk to the city center of Rome. We stayed for two days and didn’t need to use the metro or bus at all during our stay.
The Nina who welcomed us was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, and we would like to thank her for her hospitality.
The room was clean, and the bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The bathroom was quite small, and the room did not have a balcony as we expected. There was also no hot water during our stay. This may have been a temporary issue, but we did not receive any information about it. Fortunately, it did not affect us too much since we did not need it often.
Other than these points, everything was excellent, and we were satisfied with our stay.

The hosts are super friendly
good neighborhood with shops and restaurants around
the bathroom is toooooo small
the room was super cold, since we came in December we have asked for a heater and the host gave us but still the room was too cold
