The right size and close to the Vatican to walk there. Plenty of restaurants near and walkable.
I don't care for communications outside of the Booking.com, but they insisted they use Whatsapp. At first I wasn't so sure it was them and it could be avoided by keeping communications in the Booking.com app. The walls need to be repainted. No warm water in the bathroom sink, cold only. The shower had warm water and good pressure. I was not crazy about using a Shelly app for the main front door access, but it did work well. -I shouldn't need additional apps when I book a place.

Very nice apartment and an excellent host. It was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. During our five-day stay, the towels were also changed. The host was very communicative and always available whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend it

Super central to the Vatican City - walking distance- very comfortable and clean

Walking distance to the Vatican.
The manager is very rude. She also sends messages and audios to the private whats app of the guests. Which is quite unusual. When you arrive you have to call her to be opened which they don't specify before and it is very complicated if you are not European and don't have a phone at your close by or internet . The street is super dirty, it's really scary to walk around. There is a lot of garbage right in front of it. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.
