Right next to a restaurant/Cafe/ Gelato bar. Right across the street from the Vatican Museum. Two block walk from the Vatican entrance and St Peters Basilica. 1/2 km walk from the Metro. Great location and everything was ship-shape.
The shower protector/ shield didn't cover the entire area, so the bathroom got kinda wet when we showered, but maybe that's just the style. I like to keep my splash contained. A coffee maker would have been nice, but they did have a pot heater for tea, and instant coffee.

The location of this hotel is excellent - just outside of the Vatican museums entrance. Breakfast was basic with the same choices daily. There was no hot water the first 2 days of our stay but that was sorted out on our 3rd day. The hotel offers no laundry service.
Breakfast - offer more variety.
I do understand that you do not offer laundry service but please find a reputable/reliable service provider whom you can recommend your inhouse guests to. It will be helpful. We had been traveling a whole week by the time we got to Rome and had thought that we would give in our laundry on arrival there and we were not able to do laundry till we left. Thanks
