Perfect location for Rome's main tourist attractions and close to public transport.
The shower area in the bathroom is very poorly planned. It doesn't close completely, which causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet. The drain in that same area is clogged, causing the water level to rise quickly, making showering unpleasant.

Great location near the Vatican; for breakfast there was coffee and a croissant nearby at a very good price, the owner kept bringing coffee capsules for the machine, the atmosphere was friendly, the place was simple but had everything needed, and the self check-in was very easy and convenient.

The location was very good. We could easily walk to almost all the attractions. Most importantly, we were looking directly at the entrance to the Vatican Museum from the window. As for the room, it was quite large and comfortable.
As for the downside, early in the morning there were people queuing to enter the museum and it was noisy. And there were a lot of noisy motorbikes. However, if you close the window, you won't be bothered by this.
