B&B Vatican's Keys

Location is great, very easy to find nice restaurants and the subway was 1 1/2 blocks away. Was not noisy.

We never the met the host.

The location was perfect to get to the Vatican, and other big landmark sites. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I will come back here on my next visit to Rome :)

Nothing, it was all good.

Check in was smooth . Stay was as shown in pictures nice clean and great area. Host was also very sweet and helped with any issues instantly. Room also got cleaned every day which was exceptional.

Location

The bathroom was very small (long and very narrow) and cramped, with poor cleanliness (mold on the ceiling and in the shower), smelling bad. In addition, it was not heated, and in the morning at 07:00 there was no hot water. The room smelled bad, and the duvet did not have a sheet for the duvet, but a bed sheet. On the first evening there was no heat from the radiator in the room. The breakfast food was not replaced daily, without being able to figure out the warranty period or origin. The fruit and bread were moldy. The food in the fridge for breakfast (a few slices of sausage put in some plastic boxes) was shared with the food of other tourists, although the person who accommodated us told us that that was the food for our breakfast. When we informed the host about the problems, they threw away the moldy products and gave us 4 apples and a pack of biscuits. Apart from apples we didn't have the courage to eat anything. The room is next to the entrance door, which was very noisy, and from it you can hear all the noises on the staircase. The cleaning lady lives in the same apartment and is always arguing with her family.
