The location is perfect! We walked right outside and up the steps to the Vatican. Maribeth helped us through WhatsApp with all our needs and even found us transportation from the airport and to the port for our cruise.

The location was easily accessible and perfect for what our schedule included.
Enjoyed having hot drinks available whenever we needed them.
Just a little bit of a strange set-up, but we were only there for a couple nights, so not really a problem.

We were greeted by one of the staff, who didn't speak English but was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised. The main staff member I spoke to was really nice too and was very responsive on both Booking.com and WhatsApp. My friend and I felt very good staying there.
Also, this hotel is in a great location! There are at least 3 restaurants on the same road with extensive menus, the Vatican Museums are very close and there are loads of shops nearby. It felt very safe. The hotel is inside a building that has other properties in it too, but the instructions at check-in are very clear, so it was easy to find.
We booked and checked in on the same day as emergency accommodation, and it was the best decision we made in Rome!

The room was clean and had everything that you need for a decent stay.
Bed bugs in my bed.
The cot had the wrong size mattress therefore our 2yo had to sleep in our bed as he wasn't comfortable in the cot.
