Property is located in beautiful Prati. It's clean and safe. Walking distance to Vatican and shops lane. Plenty of restaurants in the area with great low prices. Easy access to the property. Secured gate. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Towels changed daily.

If you come with just 10kg you will be just fine. However if you come with 2 suitcases each there won't be enough space in the room - just a headsup. Walls under the shower needs good scrub, though place was clean and we didn't have issue with it. Just something that could be looked after. Walls are thin. If someone turn on TV in next room u will hear it. However it didn't bother us much as they turn TV off quite quick. However not sound proof

We had a very nice stay. The place was clean, well located, and the communication was excellent. I would gladly come back again.

I loved the location close to the Vatican, the fact the room had a kettle and a fridge and it was a good size with a nice balcony.and double glazed windows which provided great soundproofing. It also had air conditioning, good WiFi and TV with a variety of channels.

The pillows were a bit hard and I didn't like the fact that although it said there was no prepayment needed they took the money from my credit card the day before without letting me know. Other than that everything went very well and I would recommend the place and would definitely go back.

- stinking sewage smell in the toilet and bad odour in corridors - you can find baby cockroaches in the room, especially early morning - no wardrobes to unpack. Hanger rail present but not enough hangers, didn’t provide extra hangers inspite of requesting - only 2cups for 3 adults, finally provided an extra cup after multiple requests. Kettle provided but no spoon - refrigerator was not cool enough - only one plug works, didn’t fix even when informed - read the facilities carefully, you would imagine wifi present by default, but isn’t the case here, so as ironing facilities - handheld showers not comfortable, too small, over head shower is okay but not much pressure. water was not hot enough - annoying wobbly sink tap - I was told tap water is not safe to drink in this apartment. If you expected to arrive late, better to carry a couple of bottled water as no complimentary water provided and all nearby shops close by 11pm
