Walking distance to Vatican. Actually we also walked to Trevi fountain and Colliseum. It's on a busy shopping street, so many supermarkets and good restaurants around. It also have lift. Very convenient. The shared kitchen has eveything u need and they also put free cakes everyday
Parking is a little bit hard to find. We have to park in a parking garage nearby

Excellent location, easy check in, room was clean when we checked in, quiet area close to the Vatican and ottaviano metro station. Shared kitchen but had no amenities in it
Poor communication with no instructions on how to check in or out, had to pay tourist tax in cash and they don't have change, no option for card payment. Bit of black mould on the bathroom wall. Worst thing was no housekeeping for 3 days! Despite leaving the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned. Also the safe wasn't working so we had to carry all our valuables with us. No coffee pod refills apart from the ones they give on check in
