Staff was friendly and place was very well located. Sheets were clean and water pressure strong! Would come back and recommend.

Everything was as good as can be! The noise from the neighboring units can't be helped.

It was very clean, cleaned everyday by the very kind staff and we received tons of useful information from the owner!

Was mostly quiet though some guests were loud. The property manager was fantastic and helped us with this and was no longer a problem.

Location was great with a lot of restaurants around the area. Really close to the metro as well. Henry was very helpful.

Lack of facilities The bathroom didn’t have a proper door which results in the water splashing on to the floor after every shower. The wifi was not working for half the time when we were there. There was no proper safe to be used (was given a key to use for the safe instead of the usual numeric keypad which didn’t make sense when it comes to safety) Unclear communication from host There was a misunderstading during our stay. One our first night, we wanted to sleep in till late, the housekeeper unlocked our door at 9am but quickly closed the door after noticing that we were still in the room. That night we told the host that we would like housekeeping to only happen after 1030am for our room. It seemed however that the host understood this as we didn't need housekeeping. Hence we did not have housekeeping on the second day. All this could have been resolved by 1. Having a "do not disturb" and "please clean the room" label that we can hang on the door and 2. Just overall better communication between us and the host and more speedy replies from the host.
