The location is exceptional, close to everything. And the host is welcoming. The place has everything you need for the trip and the coffee was great!

I will start by saying the room was lovely and the staff also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was also very good. On the negative, we expected a hotel type of premise, it is in fact a flat within a block, which has bee converted into idividual rooms, with a shared breakfast area, the room was somewhat on the small side and the kitchen area a little tight. On our arrival, we werent at all sure wed come to the right place, neither of us could see any sinage for booking.com. we very near.y walked away to look for this!!!! However a resident of one of the flat was entering through the street gates and we were able to follow her through the gate and through the locked front door. I only saw a very small booking.com note above one of the blocks entrance hall postal slots, or we may have had to re check. As it was I had to call the landlord, to make sure we were there The flat is on the first floor, two flights of stair, and lots of exposed wires hanging out the wall, on the central landing a large pain of glass missing, which was in fact in the courtyard downstairs. The point I'm making is there is no street appeal, no sinage to say your at Vatication, and on first impressions we would have walked away.
