Scipioni Suites

The location is very central and within walking distance of everything you could need, shops, food, a Taxi rank and also within walking distance of the Vatican which is probably a big reason why you would choose this area. It’s so close that we made it through security in time for the morning Mass at the basilica and walked back by the time we had to check out. Host was very welcoming and treated us well, room was spotless and the facilities all worked perfectly. The room we booked was definitely small but very cosy and comfortable, and the shared kitchen is more than adequate for a short to medium length stay to keep some essentials, you just won’t have enough fridge space if you like to cook your own meals from scratch every night, but in a city like Rome great food is everywhere, we only used it for some bottles of water and milk for tea.

Nothing to complain about with the property itself all was perfect.

Excellent location, close to Vatican City. Loads of excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

Slight smell from the sewer at times, this could be just Rome

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very kind and flexible, which really made a difference in our overall experience. Highly recommended.

It was really clean and convenient and the hosts were lovely.

I really wanted to like this place because the hosts were lovely but unfortunately the bed was really hard and the pillows were very flat which made for an uncomfortable sleep. There was also a strong smell of damp or mould that left with us on any of the clothes we had unpacked during our stay.
