Location, excellent breakfast, and fab coffee. Staff very quick to respond.
Rooms are close to breakfast area, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for room further down hall on the courtyard side.

The host, Stefano, was super kind and helpful. The location is ideal for a Vatican City visit and conveniently located steps from a subway station to reach other points in Rome. Easy walk to Castel Sant'Angelo.
