The guest house is a converted apartment in a really excellent location very close to the Vatican. The decor is very tasteful, clean and bright - very nicely converted. The air-con was great and pretty quiet. The coffee was lovely and (for Italy) the breakfast offerings were good. Stephan was very helpful and replied very promptly to all enquiries
The entrance door was initially difficult to find as we were not too sure what it was we were looking for.

Good location, clean room, and accommodating staff - they helped us arrange transportation, and held our luggage after checkout
A/C didn't originally work, and the hostess had to come back and fix/restart it - She came from her home in less than 30 minutes
