The location is great! It was near the Vatican, Metro and much more within walking distance.
The property is in need of maintenance. The refrigerator did not work and there was a tub under the leaking A/C which overran onto the floor. The showerhead and window shutters need repair. One of the days, the room was not cleaned and no clean towels provided. 3 separate keys are required to get access to the room.

Brilliant location, immaculately clean. Comfortable. Good air con.
Basic, a bedroom & en-suit, shared facilities, lettle etc in the hallway. Early checkout and no facility to store luggage. Breakfast is a voucher for a local cafe (Mozart) for a coffee, croissant & a fruit juice, which you could just buy from them for €6. Also dont forget to add the tourist tax of €48 for 2 for 4 nights.
