The room was immaculate. I got twin beds for my daughter and myself. I felt that we had plenty of space. Everything we needed was there for our first night in Rome including shampoo and bottles of water. It has A.C.! It is a short walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. The street, "Via Ottaviano," which it sits adjacent to, has lots of boutiques and restaurants and a pharmacy and metro nearby - it is truly a great location. The block of rooms for this hotel is on the second floor but there is an elevator so no worries if you have a lot of luggage. The attendant let me keep my luggage there for a few hours after the 10am checkout so I didn't have to struggle with them while we had brunch before transferring to our next stop.
If I have to nitpick, I usually prefer a medium to heavy blanket but the thin top coverlet that was provided is probably more suitable for warm weather anyway. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closet if you need it.

It was beautiful and comfortable. Vincenzo is a caring and kind host. It’s a very well located place in the city.
