Beautiful home, well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay.
We (4 adults) tried everything to get the heating going but we couldn't manage it. No instructions were available either so this let our stay down a little. However, it was mid January; at any other time of year it wouldn't have been needed.

Good manual, clear instructions, good communication. Good appliances in kitchen, TV and WiFi. Easy to control temperature.
Some kitchen utensils and crockery not clean. Lacking some basics like kitchen tongs, lids for all saucepans, washing up liquid, aluminium foil / cling film spare bin liners etc. that have been standard in similar venues. Light in upper bedroom didn't work.
