We liked everything about this accommodation; professional and very considerate host, wonderful location on edge of the old town, fabulous standard inside, aircon, parking. It is specular vale for money. I think it is fair to say for those who might want isolation, (and really just reading the info should tell you it is not out of town), it is part of a residential block of flats so there is the sound of normal human interaction outside the apartment sometimes.

A lovely apartment, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a fabulous bathroom and everything you might need. Perfect location in the historic and beautiful Old Town, with everything within easy walking distance. A friendly and welcoming host.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Dusche hervorragend.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bei der Ankunft.
Der Abluftventilator im Bad rattert und ging selbstständig regelmäßig für 10 Min. an, auch nachts (26.08. 22:15, 27.08. 05:18, 28.08. 02:35 + 09:35, 31.08. 01:30 + 22:46).
Wohnung liegt zur stark befahrenen Straße, Klimaanlage liefert keine Frischluft, so dass Fenster ab und zu zu öffnen ist.
Schmutz in den Couchritzen, untern Waschbeckenunterschrank, im Badezimmerschrank waren die Einlegescheiben verstaubt.
Wohnung sei für 1-4 Personen, aus unserer Sicht max. 2 Personen zulässig.
