Very roomy for 3 people

The kitchenette and the toilet was separate from the shower.

The glass door to the toilet did not offer complete privacy

A comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay in the apartment. The kitchen was small but it had the facilities that we needed for the preparation of a small meal. It was easy to get into the beautiful old town using public transport.

The shower curtain kept blowing on us while we were showering in the small shower. A glass door would have been preferable.

Comfortable, complete apartment.

Very nice space, had all that was needed. All things needed were available (towels, toiletries, kitchenware, hairdryer, etc). It was very hot in Heidelberg when I stayed and they provided with a standing fan, which was much needed, so great detail! I stayed for a conference and it was less than 10 min walk to the new Conference Centre in Heidelberg, and also very close to the tram stations that take you to city centre.

Great value for money, all recomendation

Very nice apartment, cosy and new. Very close to tram station that can take you anywhere. The hosts are kind enough to write a whole information book about fun facts in Heidelberg.

I wish there was some coffee left for us.

Though the staff tried to make it comfortable the stay was not. we would not book the same again.

the room was neatly done and the bathroom too. after the first evening’s experience the staff responded promptly next day by changing the room for the second evening. appreciate the effort. free Parking was a major deciding factor for us.

there is a serious issue with drainage in the bathroom. we were on the ground level rooms. the first room (1) had a terrible stink all the time. bathroom was flooding. the second room(4) was better, but zero ventilation in the bathroom. and a little bit of flooding.

Good apartment, serving its purpose (family visit to Heidelberg).

Place was easy to fine and the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. Most of the time we found available parking in the location but the street (very close by) also provide many parking spaces. It is a walkable distance from the old city (took us about 45m).

Bathroom and restroom are not too nice, very basic and not too comfortable. We stayed at ground level an the front door could not be locked which made us very unease with leaving our belonging while visiting the city or even sleeping at night. The main room (double bed, living room and kitchen) have a window to the balcony with a parking lot our side, not providing privacy or nice view so we kept the curtains closed at all times. Although the apartment was clean, there were ants roaming in in both the living room and the shower.

Exceptional

The Apartments were all really big and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, even free coffee. It was really quiet, and the check-in and check out were simple because they are using a keylock box. I would recommend it without any hesitations 😊

Neat little kitchenette Room was clean. Check-inn and check-out was handsfree, didnt meet the host as once. Relatively big apartment for a couple Shower and bathroom was good Good, concise information was sent out from owner prior to our arrival

Relatively close to the city, but did not like the location altogether plus view from the windows was either directly into a tree or a parking lot. We had big troubles keeping the temperatur down, even during night! There was a supposed AC in the room but not properly installed and did not cool down the room at all. Furthermore, the window placement in the room did not allow for ventilation. Beds were not very comfortable. I found it quite expensive in money-to-value ratio, but perhaps rooms are just really expensive in Heidelberg during summer period?

Pleasant

Close to public transport with direct link to the old town. Apartments is spacious and kitchen well equipped (although we did not prepare meals there).

Not close to any supermarket or bakery. Very small coffee cups. Uncomfortable pillows. No proper door at the shower and water drainage not good so a big part of the bathroom floor gets very wet.

garbage place

The worker at the reception is Indian, he is very racist and hates people who don't belong to his nationality. He's a thief and he stole 300 euros from me. I reported this to the police and he ran off the site and didn't answer the phone, but thanks to booking.com and the police, the money was refunded. My advice to you is to buy your comfort in a better place and not make the same mistake I did

Clean and quiet

We had a spacious apartment and the staff was helpful in arranging for a second night. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. With luggage, it took us about 15 minutes to walk from the main train station. There’s a McDonald’s next door which was convenient. The apartment was very quiet so we were able to get good rest.

Everything was fine- just note that it’s behind another building, so follow the signs down the driveway.
