What a dissappointment!

It's very difficult to get in contact with the owners! We stayed here from 22 to 29 June, and they still haven't sent us the invoice. They're also not responding to our messages. What a disappointment!

Nice unpretentious place.

The area turned out to be quiet and calm, the event site was within walking distance from the motel. The station was also nearby, there is a cafe and two fast food restaurants very close. Actually, the city center is about 25 minutes on foot. Comfortable. The bed is large, everything, including the linen, is very clean. The chandeliers by the bed were a little too sophisticated! :)

In order for the water in the shower to drain well, I had to remove the device that covers the drain hole. Light switches could be closer to the bed. The first night it was cool, and I did not understand how to regulate or whether I could regulate the heat at all. Soundproofing could be better. You can especially hear it when neighbors come or go...

no house keeping as described. rude manner of the house staff. only one set of shower towel during my stay. when i asked new tower, the atticute of the staff was very rude. lacking of shampoo (only one disposable shampoo for each person during stay, the staff said because of this is not a hotel nor served house.) In the morning, I found a warm with many legs was running the floor.

No direct contact with the host. The door code was to be given by e-mail after paying the costs. It was not given. It took a lot of nerves until my arrival. After the calls and text messages, I received the code (for a while before my arrival). I do not know if the host or the booking.com website is at fault.

Ample space in kitchen and bedroom. Separate toilet. Enough cupboards. Nice size fridge. Comfortable beds.

Kitchen fairly well equipped but lacks bowls for cooking in microwave, to dish up food, containers to store food in fridge, etc. Lacks utensils for cooking, e.g. big spoons, bottle opener. Knives very, very blunt.

De lokatie was unheimisch. De kamers benauwd. Luchten hielp niet.Geen gelegenheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Douche wisselde van heel koud naar heel heet. Vond het prijzig voor wat je krijgt

Было недопонимание по цене бронирования, но все решилось с хозяином, за что большое спасибо. Далековато от центра, но если вы на машине то все ок. Не было капсул для кофемашины.

Mir gefällt die Miniküche, klein - aber alles da, was ich benötige. Mir gefällt die Lage, weil ich in der Stadt völlig meine Ruhe habe.

W-Lan ist recht schwach, genügt für den Standardgebrauch. Dienstliche Dinge online sollte man nicht erledigen wollen.
