Well located and comfortable apartment.

Well appointed, spacious and comfortable apartment in an area close to the station and within walking distance of the old town. Plenty of supermarkets and good places to eat close by. Joachim met us and was very friendly and helpful.

A few minor things such as some lights, remotes didn't work. Had to look for the fire exits as there was no info in apartment.

Well located and dog friendly

Dog friendly apartment, well located with spacious bedroom and living room. It can be accessed directly from the underground parking which has also an entrance to the nearby supermarket.

The apartment was a bit smelly probably because it wasn’t aired before our arrival. The linen provided also had a smell. The flat is in an old block white rundown entrance and carpet in the communal areas.

Great place, amazing host

This is a beautiful apartment and an excellent size. Lots of wardrobe and storage space, large king-size bed, solid flooring and large Smart tv so we wete able to connect to Amazon Prime and use an external hardrive which had a lot of our movies and tv shows on. The host Joachim is a lovely man, super helpful and attentive. He was excellent!

The only negative and truly it is a small one, hence 9/10 rather than 10/10 is the heat of the apartment. It is very well insulated, so very warm, regardless of outside temperature. We needed to use the fan every night and had to keep windows shut due to traffic, so that meant interrupted sleep. However, it did not detract from what is a lovely apartment. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Lovable liveable.

Location and apartment were really good everything required was in the unit.

3 little items really needed to be attended to, the toaster was faulty but worked ,the clothes airer was faulty but we made do and finally the bathroom was very very restricting and shower setup was .leaking around the frame under the sink.

A nice spacious apartment in a good location that needed a clean

To location was great, and the apartment was spacious and well equiped with washing machine and full kitchen.

The apartment could do with a good clean, particularly the kitchen. We found most dishes were not well washed. Whilst bedding and towels were clean, the apartment needed a good vac and mop and clean throughout the kitchen. The apartment could be opened up to allow a good breeze through, but would have been better with air conditioning due to daily temperatures above 30 degrees celcius and overnight temperatures in the 20s.

Although it’s in an unattractive block the location is excellent for train station and old town. the interior has been fitted out to a good standard and has all you need. There is a supermarket just below so you can pop out for items you have forgotten

The place was not clean, the kitchen and utensils were covered in grease. The furniture in the balcony was disgusting (see photos)

Nice apartman with all necessary equipments. Very good to have a balcony. Public transport available really close to get to the old town. Private parking and supermarket in the building are very convenient.

Very close to the railways station and transport - Host was helpful.. Good facilities and comfortable.

Older post-war type building in an area with a lot of unemployed (?) men gathering in quite large groups. We had no trouble -but it was a little confronting for us - as we hadn't experienced this before. The rest o f Heidelberg seemed much more festive (It was Christmas time) and 'safe'.

Convenient location. 5 minutes walk from the train station with buses and trams right in front of the building and a supermarket down below the apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is well equipped as well.

Very good

The manager Joachim was very attentive. Liked the fact that the super market was in front of the apartment, coffee, water, and kitchen stuff such as napkins and spices were provided, and we could use the parking for 5€ a day. There is a fan for a warm day.

The mattresses were indeed too soft for our liking and it’s quite noisy with traffic outside if you leave the windows open on a warm night. There were some homeless people sleeping next to the supermarket, which doesn’t give a pleasant impression.

Entering the apartment building from the groundfloor required using stairs or the elevator in the Kaufland suoermarket Entrance hall at +1 was not very inviting and dark Bathroom was somewhat small. For guests who have difficulty in using stairs, the entrance through the parking of supermarket Kaufland is not efficient

L'appartamento aveva tutti i confort richiesti. Si trovava sopra un supermercato dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la nostra auto a un prezzo aggiuntivo. Dal supermercato si accedeva direttamente all'edificio dell'appartamento tramite ascensore. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Fermata dei mezzi di fronte all'uscita di casa.

La presenza continua di piccioni sul terrazzo dell'appartamento.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, großzügig ausgestattet.

Netter Wohnungsverwalter, der ausreichend Informationen gibt, reibungsloses Check in und komplikationsfreies Check out. Die Grösse der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, ein Zugang vom Haus in die Tiefgarage perfekt! Die Küche ist mit allem erforderlichen, sogar mehr als nötig, auisgestattet.In der Küche gibt es ausreichend Stauraum für eigene Lebensmittel.

"Obenrum" ist alles sauber gewesen, der Fußboden leider nicht überall., ebenso die Küchenschubladen. Leider funktionierte nur auf einem von zwei Smartphones das W-Lan, auf dem mitgeführten Tablet garnicht. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist unangenehm, da sehr laut!

Für zwei drei Tage gut zu wohnen.

Die Zimmeraufteilung sehr schön. Sehr hell. Küche vollkommen eingerichtet. Schönes Badezimmer. Balkon frisch mit Blumen bepflanzt.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist ziemlich kompliziert. Die Gänge sehr dunkel und schmuddelig. Am Balkon nistete eine Taube! Tauben verbreiten Krankheiten!!! Keine Vorhänge. Mobiliar im Schlafzimmer fällt zum Teil auseinander. Frische Wäsche einfach in eine Tasche gestopft und im Aussenbereich gelagert. Von der stark befahrenen Straße nachts sehr laut!
