About this apartment rental
Our bright, light-filled apartment is located in a very quiet spot on the top floor (2nd floor) of a small residential building right next to a park—
—in the lively, traffic-calmed Weststadt neighborhood, and offers excellent public transportation access to all tourist attractions.
There are many diverse restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
Shops for daily necessities—including a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, organic supermarket, and fruit and vegetable store—are just a few steps away.
The pedestrian zone is about an 18-minute walk away, and the main train station is about a 10-minute walk.
The convention center is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment has one bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 200).
The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa, a small loft area, and a beautiful balcony.
You’ll find books, information about Heidelberg, and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs at your disposal.
The new, modern bathroom has a shower and is equipped with towels, a hair dryer, facial tissues, and soap.
The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and features a stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and toaster, as well as dish towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Parking tickets for €5 per day can be booked as an optional extra. Parking is on the street; there is no designated parking space.
Payment for parking tickets is due upon arrival.

Wonderful 2 week stay! All amenities were perfect for us. Super location. Easy walk from the train station and to the Alstadt or all public transportation options right out the door.

It is a clean, organized and equipped with all the necessities. It's very central.we were able to get arround with ease. Great communication with the host. We would do it again.

Geräumige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch eine VRN Nextbike Leihfahrradstation, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Supermärkte sind auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, verlässlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil ist tatsächlich der Straßenbahnlärm, den man in der Wohnküche hat. Zum Glück wird es dort aber nicht zu heiß, so dass man die Fenster nicht unbedingt öffnen muss.
