Perfect location,good price.

ビスマルク広場から近く、自分にとってもは便利な立地でした。
部屋は広く、キッチンも充実しています。
とても水回りは少し汚かったですが、我慢できないような汚さではありません。
夜もよく眠れましたし、快適に生活できました。
洗濯機と洗濯乾燥機を期待しての滞在でしたが、どちらも故障中で使用することはできませんでした。
修理するつもりがあるのならよいのですが、そうでないのならばすぐ設備一覧から削除したほうがよいと思います。
また、ホストの方はこちらからのメッセージに対してレスポンスが悪く、鍵の受け渡しの際には音沙汰なく15分待たされました。
領収書の依頼についてはいまだ返信をもらっていません。
