Exceptional propery, wonderful host

Can’t say enough good things about this property or the owner. Everything is new and high end. We were expecting only a washer, but we had our own washer and dryer. The additional living room space in the attic was a favorite spot for all the kids. Beautiful sunset from the terrace. Owner went out of his way to be helpful. He came to our rescue with glue when our son broke his glasses. Air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat wave!

Excellent

This flat is wonderful - very spacious and sunny, with high end finishes, well equipped in terms of appliances and with an amazing bathroom (shower is top notch). The lounge space on the second floor is great to do some work, chill after a long day exploring the city or enjoy playing the board games left by the host in there. The two bedrooms are also very spacious with a large wardrobe in each and great decorations. The entire property is very well-lighted with sun coming in through out the entire day due to its positioning and large windows. There is also a specious terrace to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the mountains or a nice dinner under the stars. Specials thanks to the host family who have been very helpful, accommodating and kind ! We will be back for sure as we truly enjoyed this property and did not want to leave it!

Viel Platz, zwei Fernsehen, gemütliche Betten. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und seht angenehm. Sehr nah an der Trambahn, man kommt schnell und einfach in die Stadt.

Super schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist es nicht weit in die Altstadt. Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber mit dem Tram gut erreichbar. Netter Gastgeber, gemütliche saubere Wohnung, gut geeignet für Familien oder kleine Gruppen.

Tolle Wohnung in entspannter Stadtlage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man in einer FeWo benötigt. Die Lage ist gut, die Straßenbahn ist eine Querstraße entfernt. Für Kinder gibt es ein separates Spielzimmer.

Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist ein Kleiderständer.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr netter Vermieter empfängt die Gäste persönlich und erklärt alles bzgl. der Wohnung und der Umgebung. Sehr gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Gute Lage. Direkte Straßenbahnanbindung, um in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum Heidelbergs zu erreichen.

Joachim çok ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Bavullarımızı taşımamıza bile yardım etti. Evde dikkat etmemiz gereken her şeyi detaylı bir şekilde açıkladı. Evin önünde kendi park yeri olması harika. Çocuklar çatı katında oynamaya bayıldı. 4 kişi rahat rahat kaldık. 6 kişi bile kalınabilir. Salondaki kanepe de açılıp kocaman yatak oluyor. Isınma sorunu yoktu. Mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Hatta müzik dinlemek için JBL Bluetooth hoparlör bile vardı. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik.
