A very enjoyable stay, we were out during the days, so we only utilised the apartment of a late evening and night. Worke
Well positioned, for both tram and train lines, supermarket a short walk away.
Only 3 things that stood out, the shower head wall holder was broken, there’s no microwave which would have come in handy and lastly the 2 double rooms are adjoining. None of these were a major issue and wouldn’t stop us from considering this apartment again.

Served its purpose as a great sized space in good location. Cleanliness and smell lets it down
The location was great for Heidelberg and surrounding towns. Huge supermarket a 5 min walk. Plenty of beds and large living/dinning space. Owner responded to questions quickly. Parking space is the first garage next to the foot path. Clear instructions of how to enter the apart
Cleanliness and smell was our main concern. The bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, dinning table still has crumbs and floors not swept/clean. Balcony furniture unusable as no cushions. Lack of cooking equipment, we had to purchase a baking tray. Shower head not attached to rail so we had to tape it on to make it useable. The apartment smelled strongly of stale smoke as if the previous owner was a heavy smoker. We had to buy air fresheners to mask the smell. The bed sheet on one double bed did not look fresh and clean and neither did the bath mat. The housekeeper only provided bedding and towels for 5 people despite us booking for 6. Someone did bring us more within the hour though. Clearly a mosquito problem also as every night we were bitten even though we had spray, citronella and swatter, and plenty of marks on the walls to suggest previous visitors had the same problem. Apartment is on the top floor so a 50 step climb.

Es gab einige z.T. gravierende Mängel in der Wohnung: Fehlende Steckdosenabdeckung im Wohnzimmer = Lebensgefahr für kleine Kinder, fehlende defekte Lampen im Wohnzimmer, defekte Balkonmöbel, defekte Dusche (Duschkopf fiel auseinander), WC-Sitz lose, Stuhl in Küche defekt (ich wäre fast am Boden gelandet), Fenterbank Wohnzimmer defekt, lose Fußleiste im Flur. Zu wenig Geschirr in der Küche. Die Auskunft, wir hätten uns das aus der Garage holen können, ist eine Unverschämtheit, als wären wir als Gäste dafür Zuständig und wissen können wir das auch nicht. Rückmeldung von Vermieterin nach mehreren Versuchen = 0

Manque de sécurité et d'attention pour cet appartement!
Les lits étaient corrects. L'espace pour 5 également. Salle de bain correct.
Manque de propreté sous les lits. Vaisselle pas très propre à l'arrivée. Tiroir couverts sale. Obligé de relaver toute la vaisselle le 1er jour. Lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas bien, nous avons lavé la vaisselle a la main tout le séjour. Frigo trop petit pour 5 personnes alors que c'est un appartement pour 8 personnes.. Congélateur sale également. Chauffage en marche à fond dans la chambre des enfants le 1er soir avec canicule dehors c'était insupportable. Les enfants ont etes obligés de dormir dans le salon. Le deuxième jour le chauffage du salon s'est allumé a fond. Très difficile de s'endormir dans de tels conditions et surtout en période de canicule. Le chauffage au 4eme jour s'est eteind je pense qu'il doit avoir un dysfonctionnement électrique. Il y a deux prises dans le salon qui sont ouvertes et non protégés, il ne faudrait pas qu'un enfant mette les doigts dedans ! Beaucoup trop de fil et de prises dangereuses dans la maison ! Difficile également de monter les 4 etages avec les bagages sans ascenseurs mais cela est propre au bâtiment. Balcon très dangereux également Pour les enfants et pas très propre. Nous n'avons jamais été sur le balcon car trop d'insécurité. Dernière chose les bonbons et la bouteille de vin ne sont pas dans l'appartement lors de l'arrivée comme sur les photos.

Totaler Dreck, Ferienwohnung null zu empfehlen
Es hat mir nichts an der Unterkunft gefallen
Das Ferienwohnung war total dreckig, überall schmutzig. Stickige Luft in der Ferienwohnung gehabt. Bettwäsche waren schmutzig, die Kissen stanken unheimlich sehr. Überall war Staub spinnen weben im Badezimmer. Stand ist nach verfault Eier Es sang eine Tüte über den Heizkörper daran benutzte Tampons oder binden drin ist null weiter zu empfehlen. Ist wirklich totaler Müll. Hab die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen da ich Allergiker bin überall Staub war und die Kissen haben gestunken nach Dreck. Besser wäre ich in einem Auto geschlafen als dort noch mal zu schlafen. Nicht mal umsonst würde ich dort schlafen.

Nie wieder
Die Vermieterin hatte uns vorab eine E-Mail geschrieben das Sie nicht da wäre und es eine Schlüsselbox gibt mit dem Code , wir sind angekommen und es war kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox. Nach mehrmaligen hin und her telefonieren und am Ende per Videotelefonie um die Vermieterin zu überzeugen das kein Schlüssel in der Box war mussten wir 20 Minuten fahren und den Schlüssel holen . In der Wohnung endlich angekommen mussten wir feststellen das keine Lampen an der Decke waren und von den Tischlampen funktioniert nur eine und das im Winter wenn es 17 Uhr dunkel ist . Mit Kontaktaufnahme im Nachhinein kam nichts mehr , keine Antwort etc. Also nie wieder werden wir die Unterkunft buchen .
