Great stay

Clean, spacious, amazing little apartment. Everything you need and perfect location.

It would be good if the host could specify that only one out of two apartments has a balcony. Also there are 7 flights of stairs. Not easy with a lot of luggage.

The locking system took a bit of working out with limited information regarding how to use. We eventually got there!

It's a great stay if you don't mind 86 steps up to your lodging.

The location was good, and it was easy to get to. It was clean and had good amenities for the price. Also, a great view from the balcony. The electronic key app worked well, but it could definitely be an issue if you had phone problems. There was a slight issue with the wifi password, but we got it figured out after a bit of messaging with the property management. (By the way, if the password doesn't work, put . at the front. For some reason, that didn't show up in the booking message with the password on my phone, but it showed on my tablet, once I got it to connect.) There were lots of dining options within easy walking of the unit, with a good Italian restaurant on street level of the building. Across the street was a Lidl for groceries and beverages.

We didn't like the 86 steps up to the apartment on the 4th floor. We also didn't like getting shaken by the tram on the street out front. The zero clearance shower had a tendency to seep water onto the floor.

The apartment is on the last floor of the 4th floors building without elevator. However, the location compensates this issue.

Die Wohnung ist schön, wenn alles funktioniert . Insgesamt zu teuer, wenn man im Winter frieren muss

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, die Haltestelle und ein Supermarkt sind direkt vor der Haustür. Auch gibt es viele schöne Cafes in Laufnähe und einen schönen Wochenmarkt . Die Lage am Berg lädt zum Spazierengehen ein und man hat von der Wohnung aus eine schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und sehr freundlichem Personal, empfehlenswert !

Es fehlten grundsätzlich Informationen und eine Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten beim Einchecken. Bedienungsanleitungen für das TV Gerät , die Infrarotheizung im Bad, die App gesteuerte Heizung in der Wohnung und die Klimaanlage wären sehr hilfreich gewesen. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, erst durch einen Anruf bei der Vermieterin erfuhr ich von der Infrarotheizung, die aber trotz mehrstündigem Aufheizen nur knapp 20 Grad erreichte, was bei Aussentemperaturen von - 3 Grad und offener Duschkabine nicht sehr angenehm ist. Die Heizung in den übrigen Zimmern war nur lauwarm und nur über eine App zu steuern, was ich auch nicht wusste. Ein Heizungsausfall am Wochenende machte die Situation auch nicht besser, wurde aber relativ schnell behoben. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines vierstöckigen Altbaus und ist ohne Aufzug nur über mehrere, zum Teil sehr steile Treppen zu erreichen, was mit viel Gepäck oder für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen eine echte Herausforderung ist. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung war nur von einer Treppe die Rede. Unverantwortlich war die haarsträubende Verkabelung im Badezimmer . Infrarotheizung und die Waschmaschine hingen an einer Mehrfachsteckdose, die sehr unansehlich mit Klebestreifen an den Kacheln befestigt war, erstens kein schöner Anblick und zweitens mangels jeglicher Sicherheit in einem Nassraum! Es fehlte auch an Putzutensilien wie Lappen, Besen und Eimer. Insgesamt wäre ein Handbuch mit Bedienungsanleitungen nützlich, ebenso eine Telefonnummer der verantwortlichen Person für den Notfall, ev. noch Notrufnummern wie Arzt, Krankenhaus oder Taxizentrale. Dies ist eigentlich Standard in allen Ferienwohnungen, in denen ich bisher war.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Heidelberg sind.

Die Lage war sehr schön, das Appartement war trotz der Lage an einer Straße mit Trambahn sehr ruhig. Wir haben im Restaurant Salerno zu dem das Appartement gehört sehr gut gegessen.

Die Parksituation ist schwierig und das Appartement ist nicht barrierefrei (für uns kein Problem), man muss mehrere teils enge Treppen bis ins Dachgeschoß steigen,

Ein romantisches HD-Erlebnis vom Feinsten.

Die Wohnung war ein Träumchen. Die Lage. Mitten in Neuenheim (einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von HD). 10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Der Parkberechtigungsschein. So ist es möglich sehr einfach einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Das leckere, süße Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Ein Supermarkt liegt schräg gegenüber. Der Philosophenweg ist nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Der süße Balkon. Das Bett. Morgensonne von der einen Seite und Abendsonne von der anderen Seite- einfach lichtdurchflutet. Es war einfach alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit in HD.
