The apartment is very nice, the bed was comfortable, the view onto the street was beautiful, and the building is very quiet. I also liked the neighborhood a lot.
The key box was not easy to locate. The instructions did not specify that it is on the bike rack. There were many bikes, and the key box was not visible. In addition, the door to the balcony did not open, and there was no lock mechanism that I could find. I was not sure if it is broken? I tried very hard to open it but did not want to damage anything. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony.

Hiermit möchten wir eine herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zum Erreichen der Altstadt und wie bei uns, zum Uniklinikum. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll und absolut ausreichend!!!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen Details ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Die Lage direkt am Neckar ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Gut gelegen und top ausgestattet, sogar mit Balkon! Den Lärm am Morgen von Rewe, den andere Gäste erwähnt haben, fand ich nicht so laut - jedenfalls mit Ohrstöpseln gut ausschaltbar. ;-) Im Haus selber kann es (tagsüber) auch mal zu Kinderlärm kommen.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich, um abends kurz die Hitze rauszunehmen.
Die Sauberkeit war ganz okay (nur der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt worden, was ich dann nachholte.)
Die Klimaanlage war noch nicht im Sommer angekommen - ich konnte sie aber selber entstauben und dann nutzen. Macht allerdings draußen viel Lärm. Und das Haus ist schon eher hellhörig.
