Overall it was nice.

The apartment is very nice, the bed was comfortable, the view onto the street was beautiful, and the building is very quiet. I also liked the neighborhood a lot.

The key box was not easy to locate. The instructions did not specify that it is on the bike rack. There were many bikes, and the key box was not visible. In addition, the door to the balcony did not open, and there was no lock mechanism that I could find. I was not sure if it is broken? I tried very hard to open it but did not want to damage anything. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony.

The cleaning needs to be improved to justify the very high price paid. Check-in was indicated at 12:00, but they made me return at 13:00, because they had not finished cleaning (I had to move with the luggage using uber). I had to ask for the code to access the day before

A very good apartment near city centre with everything you need

A convenient cozy and clean place near the city centre It was easy to access it and it is near super market in a very quiet and calm neighbour It has basic amenities and it is ideal for two people There was coffee machine also ,which is great

Nothing important ,but it could have a couch or another chair I order to put the luggage on or just chill The tv was not working properly ,maybe because there was an issue with the cable

The location of the apartment is really good. It's very homey and cosy. You have everything you'll need for a longer stay like washing machine, oven and other kitchen utensils. The host is very helpful and polite.

The only downside is the noise. The neighbours are very inconsiderate and noisy, as well as the street noise.

Great location, communication to be improved

The location is pretty good (15min walking to the center). The tram is a few minutes from the flat as well. The rooms were clean and one has everything for the daily life.

The day of the arrival the host wasn't available/ didn't answer the messages to confirm everything was ok and that he would be there at the established time. Luckily, we managed at the end.

Location: a wonderful cozy sunny apartment in the best central area of Heidelberg, near the river and the old town. Facilities: you have everything you need for short or longer stay, for singles or couples. Modern furniture in scandy style, big TV and nice terasse.

Hiermit möchten wir eine herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zum Erreichen der Altstadt und wie bei uns, zum Uniklinikum. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll und absolut ausreichend!!!

Wundervolle Auszeit am Neckar

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen Details ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Die Lage direkt am Neckar ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Cerca del casco antiguo.

Retraso en el check in. Cama horrible, muy vieja y colchón antiquísimo muy incómodo. La lavadora no funcionaba y no nos respondieron al preguntarles por ese tema. Cocina muy pequeña y poco equipada, no se puede cocinar apenas nada. No nos dio ninguna instrucción ni confirmación para el check out. En general experiencia muy desagradable.

Praktisch gelegene, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Gut gelegen und top ausgestattet, sogar mit Balkon! Den Lärm am Morgen von Rewe, den andere Gäste erwähnt haben, fand ich nicht so laut - jedenfalls mit Ohrstöpseln gut ausschaltbar. ;-) Im Haus selber kann es (tagsüber) auch mal zu Kinderlärm kommen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich, um abends kurz die Hitze rauszunehmen.

Die Sauberkeit war ganz okay (nur der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt worden, was ich dann nachholte.) Die Klimaanlage war noch nicht im Sommer angekommen - ich konnte sie aber selber entstauben und dann nutzen. Macht allerdings draußen viel Lärm. Und das Haus ist schon eher hellhörig.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht in guter Lage

Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan, Bett sehr bequem, alles da, was man braucht. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

Etwas hellhörig im Haus und von der Straße her, hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Duschkabine ist etwas undicht, so dass es vor der Dusche nach dem Duschen immer nass war. Lappen zum Aufwischen war aber vorhanden.

El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo, la instalaciones son cómodas y está decorado con pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia amena. La recepción fue sencilla y clara. El apartamento estaba limpio. Tiene un supermercado super cerca y el transporte público se encuentra a ca. 10 Minutos caminando.

Hay un poco de ruido en la calle lo que dificulta dejar las ventanas abiertas.

Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox und Code. Traumhafte Lage, Altstadt zu Fuß in 10 Min erreichbar. Hoher Wohlfühlcharakter: Kaffeekapseln, Teebox mit viel Auswahl, Zucker, Salz, Gewürze- alles da. Sehr nett dekoriert mit lebender Pflanze und vor allem Super!!! Sauber. Kompliment an den Putzservice! Wir werden sicher immer mal wieder dort übernachten!
