Excellent place to stay

Excellent apartment and so close to the train station to travel into Heidelberg. The apartment had everything for an extended stay. Our dogs loved wandering about the garden. We would happily recommend this location for anyone staying in the area.

Tranquil and relaxed

Lovely accommodation, exceeded expectations as property was redecorated and refurbished compared to the photos. Tranquil residential setting, with local train station within walking distance to access Heidelberg old town and main HBF station. Host was very patient and helpful.

Lovely apartment in Heidelberg

The area was very quiet and the apartment had all the amenities for a great price. We appreciated that it was both close to Heidelberg and to nature. The host was also very welcoming and attentive.

There was a bit of an off-smell, probably from someone smoking in the building. Other than that, the apartment was perfect and exactly as promised.

The arrival was very disappointing. Many of the pictures that come with this accommodation on the Booking website are NOT reflecting this appartement but another much larger one, offered for rent by the same owner. Very misleading!

see above. Despite this disappointing fact, the appartement itself is Ok. It’s small but has all you need for a short stay. The description mentions a seating area and a dining area, which are in fact one single area.

Children friendly stay

We stayed for a long weekend as a stop towards Salzburg. There are 2 bed rooms enough for 2 families with small kids. There is a BBQ set in the garden which is very convenient. And a public sandbox (in the shared areas) for kids to play. There are quite some big wardrobes in the bed rooms and hallway. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Location is just 1 stop towards city center by train.

For us, we stayed in the relatively small bedroom with a baby camping bed. There is hardly any room left to walk pass. But the other bed room is big enough for a camping bed inside. We stayed during the very hot summer days, there is no electronic fans.

Cozy apartment with a small garden and a great host.

The apartment is cozy, clean and it has everything you need. It also has a garden with a barbeque and a fireplace inside. The host is cool and willing to help you with everything you need. The house is in a residencial area with many beautiful houses.

Maybe the mattresses from one bedroom should be changed, but we managed to sleep well enough even so.

Apartament czysty zadbany, dobrze wyposażony, kominku działa 😜😊, Miła obsługa, szybko ragujaca, na zapytania, łóżka wygodne pomimo moich dolegliwościach z kręgosłupem, blisko do sklepów oraz na stare Miasto. Zwierzęta akceptowane za exstra dopłatą... Bardzo miłe spędzony czas, polecam odwiedzić... 😉 😊

Schöne Fewo

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung am Rande von Heidelberg. Von dort aus konnten wir mit dem Zug oder Bus in die Stadt fahren. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, es gibt einen Schlüsseltresor.

Bij goed weer een prima verblijf.

Het is een kleine studio maar wij hadden heel goed weer dus zijn nauwelijks binnen geweest. Op 15 minuten fietsen van de Altstadt. Bed prima. Het was schoon en terrasje was lekker alleen wel ‘ingebouwd’ door het groen. Mag wel een snoeischaar doorheen. Wij hadden steeds de ramen in badkamer en woonkamer open maar er zitten geen horren voor, had wel fijn geweest met oog op muggen en vliegen.

Op zich een prima kleine badkamer maar het is zeker aan te raden om bij het douchegedeelte een douchedeur te plaatsen want alles is steeds zeiknat. Er staat wel een trekker maar daar haal je niet alles mee weg van de vloer. Zijkant van wastafelkastje is ook aan het bladderen. Zonde.

Würde dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Der Gastgeber war immer ansprechbar. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sitzgruppe vor dem Appartement war nett. Von außen nicht einsehbar. Der Weg zum Bahnhof oder zur Bushaltestelle war mit etwa 10 min für uns ok.

Eine Infomappe mit WLAN Schlüssel, Hinweise zur Mülltrennung, Bedienungsanleitung Kombigerät Mikrowelle wäre hilfreich. Aber das ist nur ein ergänzender Hinweis. Wir haben auch so alles gefunden.

キッチンはとてもコンパクトですが必要なものはあり使いやすかったです。部屋が寒く掛け布団が薄かったので追加をお願いしたら次の日に持って来てもらえました。

There was a traffic jam, so I sent several texts to let them know my arrival time, and the owner was supposed to be there when I checked in. I didn't know how to use the washing machine and stove top, so I thought he would show me. However, the owner never showed up after I arrived, and there were no texts on how to use the washing machine. The shower booth had no partition, and the floor was flat and connected to the bathroom, so the bathroom floor got very wet when I took a shower. Even after squeegeeing, it was still wet, so it was very slippery and dangerous. When the temperature dropped during the night, condensation formed on the walls, which dripped onto the floor, making it even more slippery. There was no dryer, so even after wiping it with a towel, the floor was still wet.

Fewo für eine Kurzaufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, bietet aber alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle mit Grill, einen Herd, einen Kühlschrank und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es war sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Heizung geht erst ab 17 Grad Außentemperatur an. Parkplätze findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch der ÖPNV ist gut erreichbar.

Besteck, vor allem kleine Löffel, könnten in größerer Menge da sein. Hellhörig, zumindest hört man die darüber wohnenden Mieter laufen und duschen.

Die Wohnung war klein aber ausreichend, alles da was man braucht

Die Lage war für uns super. Mit den Rädern schnell in Heidelberg, der Kontakt am Anreisetag war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, die Wohnung war sauber und das Bett gut. Alles was man brauchte war auch da. Klein aber fein. Auch die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen.

Eine Ablage im Bad, besonders in der Dusche wäre toll, etwas Dekoration oder ein neuer Anstrich würden das Bad direkt viel ansprechender machen.

Aufenthalt war gut - mit kleinem Beigeschmack.

Leider kamen wir an der Unterkunft um 15 Uhr an und der Raum war noch nicht gereinigt. Die Reinigungskraft kam erst gegen 15.40 Uhr und hat uns dann höflichst gebetet, den Raum zu verlassen, alles wegzuräumen, so dass Die putzen kann. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch mehrmals entschuldigt, da liegt der Fehler anderweitig! Der Austausch über E-Mail und Telefonat war mit dem Besitzer bis zu dieser Beschwerde sehr gut und sehr höflich. Auf meine Anfrage und Rückmeldung bzgl. nicht gereinigtes Zimmer, habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 1 Haltestelle mit der S-Bahn von der Altstadt entfernt. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Alles war top! Kleiner Tipp: auch an so Kleinigkeiten, wie genügend Seife oder Streichhölzer bzw. Anzünder für den Kamin denken.

Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Lage war genau richtig, sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns von Tag 1.an,sehr wohl gefühlt und können FVH weiterempfehlen. Wir haben sogar um 1 Tag verlängern können ohne Probleme und Bürokratie. Dankeschön Herr Dietz und Herr Radeck
