Sehr schön gelegene Einliegerwohnung mit vollständiger Ausstattung (Bad, Küche, Essecke, kleine Terrasse). Angenehme Entfernung zur Universitätseinrichtungen und zum Stadtzentrum in Heidelberg. Anreise auch mit Hund problemlos möglich. Gassi gehen in wenigen Metern vom Haus in den Wald sehr gut möglich.

Asukoht väga hea, looduskaunis kohas, mäed ümberringi, linn lähedal. Bussi-, rongiühendus väga hea, pood lähedal.
Puhtus jättis soovida, nii sees kui hoovis. Tolmune, ämblikud igal pool. WC-s puudus ventilatsioon. Nõudepesumasin ei töötanud. Kõige suurem probleem auto parkimisega.
