In general we like everything in this hotel, it was our second time staying here. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The structure is new, rooms are very clean and well equiped. The location is very convenient, right at the main boulevard.

Location-wise it was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when arranging private transportation. Breakfast was awesome.
in the evening the noise from the cafe/bar downstairs could sometimes be heard in the bedroom

We really loved this hotel. It's incredibly modern and we had a family room that was so spacious (it was 2 stories). The decor was beautiful and bathroom was a good size. The pictures were a completely accurate representation. Service was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel. one of the best we have stayed at in Albania.
We loved everything. The location is 10-15 min away from the museums an bazaar. We love to walk so for our family was perfect, but something to flag for others.
