Excellent location Very clean and well maintained property Refrigerator and fan were provided ,which did help given the extreme summer weather A local bakery and grocery stores , (coop )within 2 minutes for quick bites / snacks Restaurants and local take away next door

Breakfast very basic for the price especially if you prefer a meat free breakfast Room had no kettle At times can be a bit noisy from the restaurant below especially if you prefer an early bedtime

Good location to reach Lucern

The location was excellent to reach Lucerne; however, the property, although it is in the canton of Lucern do not offer the Lucern guest card. Having said so at just CHF9.60 per person you can get a day ticket to travel by bus and or train anytime. Breakfast was decent. The parking is safe and free, a big plus on this site.

No a/c on a hot day and if you open the window, it is a main road. The location is very small with nothing to do in the evening.

Fine for an overnight stay on route.

Hotel in close proximity to Lake Luzern and had great parking. However, hotel closes quite early and there is a system of collecting keys from a lock box, which is a bit off putting after a long journey. There is no reception and saw no-one until breakfast. Great breakfast and really nice lady serving wonderful coffee. Room was fine if a little dark and no aircon but was clean and comfortable.

Very good and clean room with nice view. The person who explained the hotel was friendly. Good location in the center of the village.

Due to the centered location, it is not possible to keep windows open. When temperture is hot, the room becomes hot as well. What to choose : heat or noise ? Breakfast is very simple and the 10:00 AM check-out time must be stictly observed

Very nice weekend stay in a place that is staffed by extremely friendly people

Super friendly staff, who were very accommodating of our toddler. Food-wise, nice menu (featuring a lot of meat) which for our picks was very well executed both evenings. The menu is available online for people who would want to check it out. Simple breakfast buffet with all the main items one would expect available, and "real" coffee from the bar included. We spent 2 nights in a comfy room, typical of small hotels in central Switzerland, and have nothing unexpected to report. Good location close to Lucerne, and 2 Tesla destination chargers in an underground car park to boot makes this a highly recommended hotel in our books.

We were looking towards the same excellent breakfast on our second day only to realize that they are closed on a Sunday. A bit disappointed as we had to find a place to grab food that morning.

Overall the stay was a pleasant one. Erika and Natacha both who received me were good host.

Like the staff behaviour , who attempted communication despite they were german speaking and didnot understand english. Due to the Language issue , it was difficult to even ask for more from the staff. Overall Liked the place and staff was polite

Breakfast could have some more options. In room Microwave for people who want to warm food and eat. More lights in the room. It was a bit dark.

Nice hotel and convenient to visit Luzern

Very nice and helpful stuff. Good breakfast and nice building. Very close to bus station, just 20meters away. Bus time to Luzern train and ferry station is about 17min. Bus interval is 20-30m depending on weekdays.
