we were a family of 4 grownups and had an apartment of two bedrooms. the flat was spacious and clean. the bathroom was big enough for us. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. the host delia was very nice and helpful.
it's wasn't a big deal but a microwave in the kitchen would have been a nice touch.

All good

The room was clean and the location was perfect to reach Luzern. The train station is 5 minutes and the bus stop is practically outside the hotel. The hotel provides a visitor card that covers the transportation within zone 10.
The blinds on the window could have been darker. My kid got insect bites at night. The ventilation could have been better.

Like the staff behaviour , who attempted communication despite they were german speaking and didnot understand english. Due to the Language issue , it was difficult to even ask for more from the staff. Overall Liked the place and staff was polite
Breakfast could have some more options. In room Microwave for people who want to warm food and eat. More lights in the room. It was a bit dark.
