The young man who welcomed us to the hotel and who answered any questions we had and responded to our needs was excellent. Easy to talk to and seemed to be always available.

We stayed here previously October 9 with no issues yet still a small room compared to Canada. This second night we had a room (114) with a very strong mildew smell which we can only assume was from some sort of flood, water damage without proper restitution. Could have asked to move howler late at night and tired. Carpet was actually moist by the door in the morning. Not very a comfortable stay for that reason. Courteous and apologetic front desk attendant.

The hotel was nice and it was an easy stay for the sightseeing we were doing around Normandy. The breakfast was great and the staff is so nice. Parking is easy and it’s not too far to get to the downtown area of Caen where there was great restaurants and shopping. Overall a good stay!

nice modern hotel, in the middle of a business park but not too far from city /old town. all very clean and comfortable, good restaurant, nice staff. only downside was swimming pool being out of action as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel

Parking was free and easy not too crowded , the pool was small but ok . Could not watch any English tv no matter what I tried on tv remote but at least I could watch the ladies football commentary did not matter . Films I could not watch as subtitles would not come on tv .

A couple of things are to improve to become a very nice option in town such as a better communication with the customers explaining if they are going to make or not the rooms and how the access to the hotel works in the late evening. In addition, I had better breakfasts in hotels with less stars...

We had a great one night stay experience at the hotel - really friendly helpful staff, only shame was not being able to get food at our 8.45pm arrival. We ordered uber eats so it wasnt the end of the world. Beds, linen and room were really clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and in a calm area. However, it is not optimal for those travelling without a car (this is my personal opinion) sinve you have to drive into central Caen for nicer restaurants or activities outside the city. Breakfast was clean but I expected a better selection because of the price. The room was very nice. We were very happy with it overall. Clean, comfortable & quiet.

This property was lovely and peaceful with a relaxing pool area .Exceptionally clean and tidy very pleasent and helpful staff .Nice comfy room with great coffee maker . Its only downfall for us was the Eating as my partner is very fussy and only liked 1 thing on the menu which he enjoyed very much but we had to travel quite far for restaurants in town as nothing is close by . We would definitely stay here again but this time take some cutlery and plates so we could make foodin our room xxx
