The hotel is outdated and a bit run down. Disappointed in restaurant. The menu was limited and was not informed that by the front desk. There was miscommunication between restaurant and front desk. There was a not a full menu for room service either. The locker rooms are also in needed much repairs.

The room was very clean and I appreciated the ability to open the screen door for fresh air. We loved the bed and the room was well equipped, towels, robe, coffee refrigerator. However, the building itself is very glamorous. The lobby and bar are beautiful and overlook the water. The pool and hot tub are huge and architecturally lovely. Staff were great and welcoming. We would happlily stay again

We had reservations for the prancers pub. They booked a private party near the fire so no one could sit there. We came for a Christmas vibe but that is not what we got. Private parties should be booked away from the Christmas themed bar during the holidays. Last year we loved it this year not so much.

This hotel provides a beautiful get-away for locals and wonderful respite for travelers. The grounds are lovely and the architecture of the hotel gives a nod to Frank Lloyd Wright. We will most definitely stay here again!

Beside the spider webs and dust on the ceilings, the room was pretty clean. Only other issue was the faucet on the bathroom sink leaks when on high pressure.

The setting and grounds of this hotel are really beautiful. Lots of places throughout the hotel to work/ visit/ chill. We were there for 2 weeks (w a small dog) and it was comfortable & easy to manage. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby.

The room was very dirty, there were splats of dirt on the curtains and on the walls. The desk was dirty with scuffs and visible residue. There was a q-tip left on the floor from a previous tenant, the bathroom door had visible residue on the outside above the door handle. There was a dirty gap between where the carpet meets the wall. The bed was the only clean aspect of the room. The staff was very nice but I did not have time to complain about the cleanliness issue.

Rooms and surroundings were clean. The booking and check in staff gave us false information about the "free' breakfast. The check in staff just said to charge breakfast to the room and they would write it off at check out. It wasn't until we ordered that the restaurant staff said that we only had a $20 credit per person. On the 2nd day, the person bringing our food asked us if we could eat fast because they may need the space we were sitting in outside soon. Finally, on the last day, we could take showers because only boiling water was coming out of the shower and the cold faucet

We got there to find out they overbooked and had no room for us, even after i called the morning of to confirm. They didn’t bother calling us to tell us, so we were stranded with no room at night. Had to drive to another town and stay elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel and will never book with them again.

They overbooked the hotel and did not tell us that we did not have a room until our arrival. This is despite the fact that we had made the reservation 2 months earlier. They claimed they had no way to contact me but they had sent me a message immediately after I made the reservation. They did put us up at another Hyatt property about 5 miles away and offered to have us come back to their property the next night. We didn't want to have to move again so we stayed at the new Hyatt both nights. The original hotel did pay for the first night but it was disappointing to arrive after traveling all day and find out they did not have a room for us.
