Nothing . Absolutely nothing it was so horrible read my second review

Room service only comes once every two weeks . You as a customer have to throw your own trash. 1.75$ charge on extra linens . Also stepped on bugs all night sleeping there. And i have live video proof ! Turned on the heat to 73 cause it was on 63 freezing and it was a weird fire smell so i turned it off .

There is nothing to like in the property

The room smelled stinky. Bedsheets were not cleaned lot of stains. The front office operate from 9am to 10pm. I find difficulty in late checking in. The property mentioned breakfast is included with the booking but the front desk was not opened until 8:30 am. Worst part is I could not figure out how to check out, they even did not put a box in front desk to drop the keys while checking out

I was offered a free night since they cancelled my room leaving me roomless with kids. Only problem was I would then have to travel 45 minutes out my way to get a paper voucher instead of just mailing it or making it electronic coded.

Everything. They waited until after check in time to tell me I did not have a room. I got there at 230 and was told my room was being cleaned. I told her i had an event to go to i will check in after just to get a call at the event that i didnt even have a room.

Y’all charged me online then when I got there they charged me there because they said I didn’t pay 116.54 twice for one night

Kitchen was not equipped.. room was smelling bad. Breakfast was not available.. Whenever we asked for anything, staff said , it is not available at this location..

Location was ideal and accessibility to the room.

Customer service was inconsistent, some agents were pleasant, others were not. Bed size advertise as queen size was a double, very misleading. One side of the Hot plate in the room didn't work. Additional cost to get cutlery for the Kitchenette, the rooms are outdated and TV is too small..

Location was good. Some of the front desk people were nice, but was closed off hours with a metal shutter down to protect the office. The TV worked

Dirty and smelly room. Stains, broken, worn furniture and broken lamp. Towel exchange is an extra charge, No cleaning service available unless you stay for three plus weeks. Kitchen amenities were lacking. No plates, no cups, no silverware, no coffee maker, no breakfast included, no toaster, the counter was stained and dirty, mold in the sealant in the kitchen and mold in the bathtub, mold outside the bathtub, broken and rusted sliding door to the closet, chairs were all blistered old and torn. Bait and switch booked a king only had a queen available that was jammed up against the window and heat/air conditioner against the left side of bed blowing on you. Tuned on heat to a huge stench like a dead animal was stuck in it. There were only a few working plugs in the room, multiple plugs were broken and non working, even in the kitchen. Inside the lower cabinet was left over dirt and crumbs of who knows what. Very very dirty. No soaps available for kitchen or baths, Had to bring in my own cleaning supplies to clean the counter tops. No towels were in the room, had to go back to check in to request two bathroom towels in order to use the dirty slow water saving shower. 😉 There is more to say, but let's just say, don't book unless you are desperate for a room. Prob should rename the place to "Extended Stains America. " I'm usually much less critical in my reviews, but the volume of problems needed to be expressed. They need to pay attention to cleanliness or shut it down. 🙄 Value $15.00 Average Cost $92.00
