My kids loved the jacuzzi.

It was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful.

Broken down vehicles on the parking lot, nowhere to sit that was covered for a smoking area and it was raining.

It was relaxing calm not to many people

The bathrooms the drains clogged up quick and water fill the tub that’s it

The location was close to my job site. It was also close to a very nice LA Fitness location which had a very nice pool and I could do my running around the offices nearby.

There was a water main break while I was there, water was murky and not drinkable, fire alarms went off and fire dept. had to be contacted to shut them off. You had to ask for housekeeping to come to the room in order to get it cleaned. No peanut butter on the breakfast buffet, no water in the exercise room water dispenser and exercise room smelled of mold and mildew smell from water main break. Hotel staff acted like they did not care about their guests and just there to do a job. I tried but couldn’t reach anyone at Booking.com’s 1-800 number to report the problems.

Where do I start? The manager is unfriendly and avoids resolving guest issues unless directly confronted—and even then, nothing gets done. Staff discuss guest problems openly in front of others, which is completely unprofessional. There was no water when I arrived. They offered to move me to a lower-quality hotel across the street or cancel, but since I booked through Booking.com, that would’ve been a hassle. I couldn’t reach anyone due to long hold times, and I’ve learned that if the hotel cancels and Booking.com doesn’t confirm, you still get charged—so I stayed to avoid being double billed. They placed me in a room facing the freeway. Despite the noise, I managed to fall asleep early, as I told them I would—only to be woken by a staff call saying the water was back on. When I brought it up the next day, another employee denied it, then admitted it after I pushed. To top it off, the breakfast bar was unimpressive (no peanut butter for bagels), the fitness room smelled like mold from a leak, and the treadmill shuts off after 20 minutes. These aren’t real amenities. Other than being close to my work site, there’s no reason I’d stay here again.

I was delayed by 10 minutes and the breakfast was gone.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was better than the last 2 hotels i visited. Gravy was cold but otherwise everything was good.

My bathroom flushed itself 3 times every night at 4 am.

I loved the location out the way. Didn’t have to worry about crime. Great area & convenient for other things like food & gas.

Room could’ve been cleaner seen tiny baby ants.

Paint peeling, dirty (floor was so dirty our feet were black walking from the shower to the bed), mold in the bathroom, and the key card did not work and we had to have it reset every single day. Staff was gruff and sloppy- eating at the check in desk - or just absent.

Nice omelett, good brekfast! Everyone was nice who worked there!

No cleaning for the 4 nights we stayed there and it was no that clean...

The breakfast was okay, there were days when there was no fruit or was very little and taken by others , the staff made good omelets , in general i would give a 7 out of 10 for the breakfast and the breakfast room

I always want daily house keeping , here you had to request everyday to freshen up the room, and though it was done was very poor , most hotels offer room service everyday except if you dont want it

We have stayed here many times. Always friendly staff and the breakfast is outstanding for our needs. Love the made to order omelet's. Room is spacious and fits our needs.

I liked the room for the price. Also the breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh I would recommend family and friends. Nice and quiet clean upon entering the building.

The room had ants 🐜 other then that I can't complain. I had told the front desk staff and my concerns. She was kinda nonchalant and it. She acted surprised when I told her about the ants 🐜 .

We have stayed here many times. Staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty. We love the made to order omelets. This hotel is perfect for all our needs.

it was extremely quiet. Front staff was amazing and helpful. there was remodeling, which was awesome. I heard zero noise and everyone was very polite.

The first room that was reserved had ants in the bathroom on the floor and in the sink. Was moved to another room. Ice machine did not work. The odor when I walked into the lobby was offensive. Definitely an old building. Alot of wear and tear.
