Food poisoning from the provided breakfast.

Breakfast was limited and just not tasty, room was dirty, towel racks were rusty, breakfast dining was very loud in the halls at 6am and did not stop or quiet until sometime after 10am mold on the walls in bathroom hot tub jets only half worked water never got hot only warm bathroom sink hot water did not work

We’ve stayed at this numerous times over years & have been fine with are stay and service. This stay will have us looking for another business get friendly hotel when we’re in the area, and we are in the area a lot for work. There is usually the same man at the front desk, but this time we had the pleasure of getting checked in by a woman that charged our card twice, and we have to wait days for our refund. We went to our room and it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. Sirty swim trunk & swim towel were openly on the closet door. Deodorant under the heating/cooling unit. Dirty & mixed match furniture. Kitchenette missing a door on the drawer. Ice bucket had pubic hair on it. My husband flagged down a staff member & they text the woman at the front desk. We were allowed to see her text, stating we weren’t getting another room & no one was going to come clean it. It was too late to find another hotel, so we went and got cleaning supplies & cleaned the room ourselves. We stayed too days house keeping didn’t even come to replace our used towels or take the trash. I’m extremely disappointed in the dismissive & unprofessional service we’ve received.

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, room was clean. Only thing I disliked was a demanded payment to retain reservation even though my selection was to pay in person at the hotel.

pull out bed had bloody sheet on it and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because of a leak in the ceiling i over our bed. then the next room got water didn’t wrk

It was disgusting dirty. There were hairs all over the bathtub, the shampoo bottles were empty, there was leftover drinks in the refrigerator from previous host, the shower curtain was dirty. It seems they only do the bed but don’t clean throughly. I contacted the front desk and requested disinfectant spray to clean myself but they refused, I also asked for shampoo bottles & soap but said I have to come pick it up. Horrible service & dirty.

Despite all of the no smoking signs, the lobby, hallways, and room all smelled strongly of an ashtray. Breakfast was ok. Scrabmed eggs were a littleNo bed bugs but we did share our room with german cockroaches, apparently. Didnt see them untiln juat before leftoff,

Ground floor room and window would not lock. Anybody could have climbed in from parking lot. Cockroach ran across bathroom counter. A little run down generally. Beds comfortable, pretty quiet.

The room had a weird smell, not clean and there were roaches in the wall. I ended up getting some of my money back but it was terrible

The man that works desk with the punk rock earring is so polite and kind. He cares a lot about his job. Very respectful man.
