I loved how clean the property is kept & I also love the breakfast! It’s actually a real breakfast with sausage,eggs,biscuits with gravy & they even have a waffle maker!

We got the hot tub suite and the tub it self was HUGE

Dirty towels, what looked to be blood on bedding. Staff didn’t ask any questions just said I could leave

Room was dirty, obviously had not been vacuumed. Bathroom had mold growing in corner of tub. Baseboard was pulled from wall and hanging, the floating table between the beds was so loose and slanted down I was afraid to put anything on it. The phone slid to the floor in the middle of the night.

Here is the feedback that I am planning to send to Booking.com If you would like to discuss prior to my sending, I will wait to hear from you… I was in room 155 from August 27 checked out September 1. First I will say that the property is lovely, the room as well was clean and well presented. They have a very nice breakfast each morning and the woman who prepared that each day was lovely and gracious, helpful and kind. I like to take a hot bath before bed, especially when at a conference that was very powerful, it helps me relax and sleep for the next day. I turned the hot water on all the way and it was just LUKE WARM, never got hot. I called the front desk and he said to “run the hot water in the sink for 10 minutes”. I’m from CA where we have drought and to simply run water down the drain for 10 minutes seems incredibly wasteful to me. Nevertheless, I did it…nothing changed. The next morning I mentioned it to the motionless, unconcerned gentleman at the desk. He repeated the instructions. This went on for 3 days. I was only able to take a lukewarm warm (at best) shower.The last morning he said that they had complaints from 3 other rooms and they were looking in to it. Nothing ever changed but…we FINALLY figured out that you could get the hot water just after the thick part of the blue cold stripe ended. We needed to turn the dial to the very beginning of hot and voila - the last day I got a hot bath. Surely I wasn’t the first person to have this happen. Was there no communication from anyone in charge? Why in the world would that not be communicated to the guest? Instead there was a blank stare each morning with no resolution. All someone needed to do was to take an interest in the situation, to perhaps send someone in maintenance to check it out. WHO KNEW ??? If I had known that the rounded faucet wasn’t functioning according to the colors on the handle…. it could have been alleviat

guy at front desk was worse than a robot

I loved the location and how clean it was. My husband and I loved that they had free complimentary breakfast and that it was real eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker to make your own waffles!

I didn’t like the fact that you had to eat breakfast in the dining hall, you couldn’t take it to your room.

I got a Suite, there was plenty room for everyone. Love the private bedroom, and great balcony. Had a very nice breakfast every morning! Also, everything we needed was within a 10 min drive!

They dont have elevator, that was a little inconvenient for a multi day stay because of everything we brought lol But probably the most inconvenient thing was the fact that Everytime we needed anything, toilet paper, towels, ect we have to walk to the front desk to get it. Other than that it was a great time!

The bed was just too soft and the air conditioner by the bed did not want to turn on. Had to find the plug in spot for the tv.

No elevator to take luggage to second floor

I enjoyed the distance from the locations that I needed to go to.

I did not like that our room was dirty it had not been vacuumed the pull out sofa had food on it and was dirty there were people clothes inside of it there were pantyhose in our private room... No one answered the phone for clean sheets for the pull out sofa, or a crib. My phone was broken....we really tried to enjoy it more but the room alone made it a little uncomfortable

Location was great

Room wasn’t ready do to dirty sheets I was there at three. I had to wait a whole hour just to get my shoes changed room was dirty. It was just a horrible experience.

Parking was free. Staff was accommodating, friendly & helpful.

Side door "North" did not require a key card after hours. There are no water fountains to refill bottles. Had an issue with water coming out of my bathroom light fixture in room 167. Window shades didn't block out all light.

Love that we got an upgrade since the other room jacuzzi wasn’t working, room was wayy bigger but needed a good sweep a lot of things needed to be fixed or updated.

Room wasn’t that clean someone’s hair all in the shower still a nice room could use some TLC!!

The property was in a nice quite part of Chicago which was nice! But it was continently located to a bunch of food options, shopping centers and a grocery store.

It was close to the place where I had my daughter birthday party.

The pool opens too late. Don’t give people a chance to utilize it if coming late. The chair peeled in the room. Light didn’t work. Just seemed old and outdated

The person that checked me in was nice.

Across the hall from me was a room where people were coming and going all night, not sure what was going on. At 12 Am I received a call from the front desk asking if I was driving a white truck. It was more accusing than just asking. I was not. The carpet in the room was damp, it may have just been cleaned or something else. It was not a good experience, I had booked for 2 nights. Because of the issues I tried to cancel the 2nd night. They would not allow that. I stayed elsewhere and lost the money. I would never stay in this place again.

When i made the reservation it said I can pick a baby bed if I need to so I did and when we arrived they said they do not carry baby bed but on line it said they offer them. The next morning my windshield is cracked like a brick hit it I talked to desk manager and he said the outside cameras don’t work. I will not be booking there ever again I had everything sent to my email.

The room was clean and I did get to ask for extra towels although I asked online for them to be in my room when we arrived and it wasn’t.

It was horrible! Absolutely nothing!

There were bed bugs I didn’t realize it until the next evening.. I immediately asked to leave.. I was not comfortable there at all! The building smelled, was dirty and people were up at all hours in the building! The worst was the bed bugs! It was horrible!

Every thing, the hotel is ever out dated the rooms are a little better than the hallways. Hallways carpet floors are very dirty, it smells awful in some areas of the hotel hallways. Tv needs to be updated. This hotel is not handicap friendly, there are no elevators. They should not be charging more than a hundred dollars a night at this hotel.

The room was messy when we walked in…Sheets on the floor and beer in the fridge…No housekeeping the whole stay. Room key consistently locked us out and had continuously walk to front desk (no elevators). Staff were medium friendly. They didn’t seem like they wanted to be there but neither did I so I understood.

The room was clean & lots of space. In nice area near Chicago

Very outdated, could use some sprucing up. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke from the time you opened entry door.

The property was good and the room was also good. Excellent view might be the balcony next.

The only thing I didn’t like is that you all have a small TV in that big room everything else was great and a coffee maker wasn’t in there other than that it was great
