Really nice hotel and clean inside and out
There was hair in the bathroom when we first got there and breakfast not included but other than that it was great!

The view was nice. The bathroom was clean.
The bedding and mattress were not comfortable, and some of the linens appeared to be unclean. We ended up calling to get a new blanket and the bed was poorly made. It wasn’t even like made properly. The sheets were coming off the bed they appear clean. I hope that they were clean, but I wasn’t 100% sure nor was I comfortable my husband was not feeling the best during the day so it was hard for me to for us to relax. This was our honeymoon weekend. Additionally, the base of the bed was noticeably worn and damaged. There was no microwave available in the room, and the shared microwave in the lobby was not well maintained.
I was also disappointed with the housekeeping service. We were required to call in order to have the room cleaned, which was not clearly communicated. As a result, our room was not serviced as expected, and we had to request fresh towels and coffee ourselves. In my experience, routine housekeeping should be provided without guests needing to make a request.
Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet expectations. Staff interactions felt minimal and lacked attentiveness, and the general atmosphere suggested a lack of engagement. Given our experience, especially while my husband was unwell and we needed additional support, this stay was quite disappointing.
