Nothing really.

Not worth what I paid for at ALL. And the $250 extra hold on my card is actually insane nowhere on the booking site did it tell me that information. Now it’s been DAYS and still haven’t received my deposit back!

Great place to stay, really comfortable bed & pillows. Great breakfasts, very nice eating area.

It was a little inconvenient at first, to take a shower and there was NO soap in dispenser...and they are large dispensers! And shampoo was nearly emptly. But front desk responded quickly and they were very helpful during the stay.

I liked the location and the facility, very convenient to everything, was quiet and relaxing.

Quiet, clean, comfortable stay for our family for a sports tournament.

Very nice front desk staff. Our rooms fit our family. It was clean and quiet even near the elevator. Thank you for having a 2 bedroom.

hotel is very close to Chicago, and Oak Brook has a lot of things to do if you don’t want to go to Chicago.

The cook Angela ,has wonderful customer service skills.

the lady’s at the front desk was extremely rude and kept asking me if food was mine that was being delivered,as if me coming down at the exact time was suspect! How would I know the food is there if I didn’t get any notifications! and the second time the Lady at the front desk asked me “Hey hun ,is that yours, I then said to her “If it wasn’t I wouldn’t be touching it Poo”. She gasped and looked back at the computer.The room wasn’t quite what I expected either ,I went to grab a cup for some coffee and was taken aback .

QUIETNESS ~ FELT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME. LOVE COMING DOWN FOR BREAKFAST WITH MY HUSBAND

THERE WAS A DRIED STAIN IN FRONT OF MY DISHWASHER. LOOK AS THOUGH THE DISHWASHER MAY HAVE LEAKED PRIOR AND THE FLOOR HADN'T BEEN MOPPED.
