This property is so bad and so polluted and infested with drugs, alcohol all type of bad behavior outside of the doors the door locks do not lock on the rooms. This place reminds you of Freddy Krueger‘s house it needs to be condemned and tow down.

Because it was terrible my room was nasty. The towels was dirty. The door can unlock to the room.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was ok.

The door didn't seal at the bottom and rain flooded the room. Room looked like it was touched up but there was dirt left on the bathroom floor.

I really think you all should change your smoking policy you shouldn't allow smoking at all it draws the wrong crowds of people and the room smelled horrible the microwave was filthy it had a box of food in it and i felt unsafe all night

There were rats crawling around under people's cars i had to move my car and the door to the room was ragedy it made us feel very uncomfortable

It was dirty, has a lot of people hanging outside. Smelled like cigarettes overall it was a disgusting place

Nothing was there to like. Only the price was better than other placess, but once you are there, you know why it is lower than other places.

The first room we got was really bad. The restroom was dirty and the floor was really broken and can even injure a foot. We got an other room which was better but the place is not family friendly at all. Soo many drunk people and just men are sitting on the stairs or just standing thr all the time. We stayed thr for 5 days and no room service was done. One day a lady came when we were going oht so we asked her to come next day but no one showed up. And when we called the office they replied that they came yesterday for room service. My husband said Okay but what about today can you send someone today but the guy keep arguing about the same thing. My husband said my friend lets find a solution can you send someone today or tomorrow and to which the guy said I am not your friend come down and speak to me in the office and hung up. And then no one ever came for room cleaning for the next 5 days. This place is not family friendly at all.

We had requested that our rooms be close together as my mother is 87 and in the second room. We got an e=mail from motel 6 stating that this would not be a problem. We also requested 1st floor as my mother has trouble with stairs. When we got there the rooms were not anywhere near each other and both on the second floor. The lady at the front counter was great and at least got my mom a room on the first floor. If you cannot meet the expectation do not send an email that says you can.

The lady at the front desk helped us out as best she could after the room mix up.

A guest of mine was injured at the hotel and the staff had little to no concern about the incident and I was told to speak to the manager at 3 pm to inform him of the situation but he identified himself as the hotel manager and I informed him of the situation with my guest he terminated the call and won't no longer answer my calls

I didn't have their food so I can't review their room service. staff is friendly, and attentive. I noticed they try hard to accommodate you and help you feel comfy.

Disappointed that microwaves are not offered. Other hotels offer it with a extra 5 dollars to the bill. Might be something to consider. It's difficult to warm foods especially when you have children. However there is a gas station across street who kindly let us use the microwave a few times.

Covers on bed were soiled and had burns on bed spread. Roaches in bathroom and on table. They didn't honor my booking rate. Telling me it's not valid even when I showed them my confirmation.

The television did not work. The sheets were torn. The clothes hanger was damaged. The room in general was dirty. There was a foul smell throughout the room.

Staff was unfriendly, impolite and not helpful when I encountered issues. Avoid this property at all cost.

I found two cockroaches and even though I pay 78 bucks it supposed to be as clean as possible. is a motel so it does not have a fridge, microwave or a coffee maker. Is just to go to sleep. I was a little bit disappointed about the amenities but that is why is a motel. I won’t be staying in a motel ever. All I can say is if I see another cockroach I am walking out and getting a refund and if they don’t want to give me a refund I’ll fight to get it because this stay was supposed to be a relaxation stay not to be more stress than before. I will have to make sure to inspect every little thing before I go home. Don’t want to bring cockroaches into my home.

The dog shit should be a dog motel only the hammering around me and it says early check in but couldn't check in after getting there at 230 and the signs says free early check in wuz no refrigerator or microwave in the room like stated

My stay here was absolutely horrible the people above us were so loud and obnoxious and we made several complaints nothing was done . Second day I asked to be moved and young lady was assaulted three door downs . I asked for refund for all the issues guy said “he would get back “ there out take on domestic violence was sickening. Do not recommend this places

Location was within walking distance of restaurants, activities near by and grocery stores. Price was decent, cheaper compared to other hotels in the area.

Walls are much too thin. The neighbors we’re enjoying themselves all night long. One of the nights it sounded like there was a fight in the parking lot at 3 am. Bedding- only 2 pillows on the bed when asked that night the front desk told us we would have to wait til the housekeeper got in in the morning. There was also cigarette burns in the bedding but overall everything was cleaned and laundered.

My check in time was 3 but at 1:45 the tried to charge my card which I made my reservation to pay when I get there. So the payment was declined because I keep my card locked. So I called and they said the canceled my reservation when it was only 1:45 and I temind you check in ain't till 3. I have been to this hotel a couple of times already since we are from east moline ill this was very bad and unprofessional
