We had to leave for replacement lodging because the room smells dirty, is worn, and so loud with freeway noise and clearly hearing everyone who walks by. Staff did not answer 4 calls from Hotels.com. They answered my call and everyone's.

Breakfast was ok. I have eaten so many so-so breakfast at hotels over the last year or two I just don't have an appetite for it anymore. Hotel room was clean and shower was the best I've had in a while. Downside is the hotel is super close to the busy highway and it was hard to sleep as noisy as it was. Bring earplugs .

Everything about this place was horrible. When I checked in and got my room, there were several ruins next to mine w with doors wide open and people hanging out being loud. It was midnight when I arrived. My bed had a hair tie on it and my eight year old was terrified. As soon as it took me to check in, I went right back down to the desk and asked to cancel my stay because I did not feel safe for myself or my daughter. The guy literally could care less. I gave my key card back and went to the another hotel down the road. Well never ever ever do that again. Ever.

Hotel is a bit more dated than expected. Sounds is a real issue. Windows and doors are very old so all sound travels right through and with being right off an interstate you always hear it. Room was clean enough. Breakfast was very simple and basic. For a short stay it worked but not sure I’d go back

I have used y’all a lot and was so disappointed this time. I have gotten rooms for a lower price through Hotel and gotten much better updated rooms. The doors open from the inside and as soon as the doors open it smells. I would not have stayed there but was so tired from driving and had a small surgery scheduled for 6:45am the next morning and just couldn’t go any farther. I was really afraid I would get robbed, bedbugs or worse. I’m back home safe after the procedure, thank goodness!! I usually don’t complain about things but have to let you know. The front desk was very nice. The owners need to take care of their building. Also there was a very dingy wash cloth hanging on the shower rod.

Our accessible room was very clean. We did hear some traffic noise from nearby I-35 but it was mostly drowned out by the white noise from a/c unit under the front curtains. A/C was fine and kept us cool. The TV remote was erratic; most functions didn’t work at all. But we weren’t really interested in viewing much TV anyway. The grab bars around the toilet and in the shower were great! I would probably stay here again.

My wife and I booked a regular, non-accessible room which was fine, except the shower in the shower/tub did not work. We decided to book another room the next day, this time with accessibility. (Although I don’t use a wheelchair, I do use a Rollator.) That room was just fine. We did hear a bit of highway noise from the nearby I-35, but it was not bad. The rooms both nights were clean, and the grab bars in the accessible room were most appreciated!

I am a flood victim and have been displaced and residing in temp hotel shelter. I was previously in an extended stay with a full kitchenette, but the service was terrible. Since being here at Days Inn, we get free breakfast, hot breakfast not just continental. It is always fully loaded even right at 9 AM when they close. The staff have all been very courteous and well respectful. They have accommodated our needs as much as as possible being that they are pretty full most of the time. If you’re looking for somewhere for the family, or even just business this is the spot to go in Round Rock! Affordable, comfortable, and friendly staff make this a 100% go for us again! Hopefully next time, on better reasons than the floods! The pool is always open and CLEAN! I want to shout out their current GM as he has been amazing at leading his team!!!

Quick 1 night stay on our way to final destination. Arrived at midnight and had done online checkin so it was quick to get room key. Slept well. We didn't get to try continental breakfast. Room appeared recently renovated. Hotel was completely full and it was still quiet.

Horrible service and room. I didn’t stay because room was unacceptable and they couldn’t offer anything else. I requested non smoking and they gave me a horrible room that smelled like smoke. I didn’t stay and they still charged me the night. Five days later and and I not Hotels .com cannot communicate with the manager who is never on duty and hasn’t spoken to either of us. I want to verify that I get credited for the days I didn’t stay.
