    The air conditioning in my room did not work on the day of the heatwave, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I then went to the front desk in person and repeatedly asked to be moved to another room. It took about two hours before they finally changed my room. I was also looking forward to using the swimming pool, but it was closed, so I couldn’t use it. Overall, there was nothing positive about my stay, and it was a very disappointing experience.
