Disappointed expected more for the price we paid
The location. Modern interior. Good showers. Access to outside space.
An overwhelming smell of body odour! Extremely poor ventilation throughout. Difficult to access/locate keys. Unclear if there was dedicated parking. No toiletries. Pictures clearly showed outside furnishings, which we could not locate. Master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable and small! Personal belongings (trainers & sports wear) under the bed. And in bathroom draws. The the filthiest freezer we have ever experienced. Totally unacceptable & unusable!

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
The building from outside is beautiful. That's all, as we did not stay in the property due to the bad and false information written on the advert.
The person we were dealing with. According to the information in the headlines of the listing there was parking. We took this apartment for the parking and being on the ground floor because my 86 year old mother is disabled. The headlines state there is parking. When we got there, the owner/agent, (not sure), had no compassion or sympathy when we told him about my mother, and he told us to look for street parking and that it is not his problem. He did give us a website to search for parking which was not helpfull at all. We said there is no ways we could stay there. We booked for two nights and he said it is non refundable. As per the advert on booking.com, it is mentioned parking is there, he did not supply parking for free or chargeble. In the end we rented another place, with parking. Then he started harassing us to bring the key back because we are not staying in the property. This harassment never stopped for 48 hours via whatsapp messages. He also told us to cancel the booking online, but not willing to make a refund. I told him we paid for it, and the rental agreement is valid for 48 hours. Our check out time was 10am, we returned the key at 9.10am. He also took a security deposit, and even knowing that we never stayed there he is still, until today holding this deposit of £300 which is now 3 days. The details on advert says deposit will be returned in 7 days. Let's see if this will be done. I have contacted customer service at booking.com, their advise to us was to write a review.
