Very clean and tidy place. Property is at very good location of the city. Every facility was there that we expected. Value for maney. Me and my patner both love that place.

there was nothing to regret about the decision that we took to chose this property for our stay in Edinburgh.

Very nice cosy flat, great location either 20 min walk to royal mile area or a few stops on the bus.

Great location, close to cafes, co op supermarket and the haymarket tram/train station. Cooking Facilities, sink, bathroom all OK.

The dirty and dark entrance, it was pretty scary upon entering with a young baby. Very ghetto! be warned.... the living room in November too is FREEEEEZING!! the draft coming through the window brought goosebumps to us, even with the heating on full. If you're staying on the sofa bed it is really unpleasant. One of our family members had to wear layers of thermal clothing and woke up feeling damp. We wanted to sit and watch tv with our daughter but it was just too cold to sit in the living room. I wouldn't suggest this place for elderly people or young children. The heating is constantly going up and down and no toiletries provided.
