A brilliant time, very comfortable in a great location.

Having access to the pool and sauna was an amazing bonus.

It would have been great of there were a few more basic supplies in the kitchen, like some milk or a small snack, although this obviously isn't offered by all hosts and not compulsory. But it would have made a great impression on us.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The kids loved the swimming pool. It came with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee. Beds were comfy. Flat is bright.

Lovely modern flat with great facilities

It was great that the flat had its own main front door and that there were only 2 flats using that entrance. Lots of light and windows in the front room and bedrooms. Nicely appointed bathroom with a shower and bath, plus good lighting and mirror. Good kitchen facilities, including a nice mini dishwasher and lots of cupboards to put stuff in.

Although the flat could sleep up to 6 people, there were only 4 dining room chairs and the dining/living space felt a bit cramped for 4 adults. Would like to see the dust cleaned off the bathroom extractor fan but otherwise the bathroom was lovely.

GREAT Place for visiting college students

Apartment was very clean, the kitchen had almost everything we needed to make dinner nightly and the beds comfortable.

This is hardly worth mentioning, but if the apartment had coasters, it would save the furniture! We used plates as coasters, but coasters would be great.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh.

Cleanliness, comfort and location. The apartment was very clean, and fully equiped kitchen. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and supermarkets. Buses easily available. The best thing about this apartment is the calm environment and noise free, compared to what iv read about other apartments being very noisy with close bars and pubs nearby.

Excavation works on the ground floor on the road during the stay, Ironing board was stained and couldn't be used.

Lovely apartment. Supplied with everything we needed for the weekend. Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful.

Due to its location and surrounding tennants it was incredibly noisy on a Saturday night. Due to the layout of the buildings when we had our velux windows open for some fresh air it was just filling up with cigarette and cannabis smoke.

Highly recommended, the apartment was fantastic we loved everything about the apartment, it had dishwasher &washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and oven , bed was really comfortable, bath was huge , the list goes on there's nothing I can find fault with , I'd definitely stay here again and again, fantastic stay , you won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable, as described with attention to detail like washing up products & fresh coffee.The swimming pool was excellent.

Sadly no complimentary bathroom toiletries, which wasn't a problem for us as we took our own. Just something to bear in mind. We never got the sauna working, despite following instructions given there.

10*, what a great place to stay, highly recommend!

Loved everything about this property, especially the extra comfy beds! Great location, very close to bars, shops, has the gym/sauna/swimming pool onsite, and 5-30 minute walk from everywhere you could want to go within the city, with loads of available great value Uber and Bolt cars for the times you don't want to walk. Co-op was a 2 minute walk. Pool is fantastic, easy to book, sauna was lovely. The apartment was very very clean, the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever come across!, I could make the room really dark, easy to adjust the temperature and the whole apartment was really quiet so it was very easy to get a great night's sleep. Generally really soundproof which was nice and quite unusual, my friend didn't hear me come home later than her one night and I went for a nap one afternoon and couldn't hear my friends rehearsing music in the kitchen. Lovely happy vibe to the whole apartment, just generally clean, bright, well equipped, warm and cosy. Ollie was a brilliant, informative, friendly host, immediately on hand to answer any questions and let us leave our bags in the apartment a few hours before we'd checked in. Thank you Ollie, can't wait to stay again!

- We found the pool really easy to book each day and was always available when we wanted to use it, but I did read some reviews that said it was booked for a lot of their stay, so you may just want to understand the booking system before the start of your stay and have a plan B for if it is booked. Sauna a little complicated to turn on but with the help of a youtube video we figured it out and it was lovely! Gym a bit limited, no treadmill/bike, but still useful for a strength workout. - One room is really big with loads of storage, the other room is smaller with limited storage - I didn't find any issues with this at all but found it helpful to know in advance of my stay.

Very attractive location, walkable distance from the city centre. Very spacious, very good and fast contact with the hosts. Pool, sauna and gym equipment included. Achievable public parking around a corner.

Everything was absolutely fine. Maybe just information how to access a pool could be given right away, but it has been sent immediately when asked. Little problems with hot water in the morning, but nothing really annoying. Worth recommending

La tranquilidad y la rápida atención del propietario ante una incidencia con la ducha. Aquí recomiendo leer en manual de uso de la casa que está accesible a través del Qr que hay a la entrada.

El olor rancio y a humedad de la moqueta de las escaleras hizo desagradable la primera impresión y cada ocasión que entrábamos o salíamos del apartamento ( yo recomiendo encarecidamente eliminar esa moqueta y con ello ese desagradable olor). Sin embargo, por suerte el apartamento estaba limpio y agradable. Por otro lado, la conexión wifi era bastante floja ( no llegaba bien la cobertura a las habitaciones y la tv del salón se colgaba)
