We very much enjoyed our stays and had no real complaints but an espresso maker would be nice. We ended up buying a stovetop espresso maker.

It’s really annoying that you have to walk a considerable distance (not accessible by transit) to pick up and drop off your keys. I’ve never seen that kind of inconvenience anywhere else I’ve stayed.
And a question I asked the night before we arrived was still unanswered when we left several days later.
It is a beautiful apartment, however. And well located.
