La proximité avec un peu tout, pas très loin de la plage, plein de commerces. Le logement est globalement bien équipé (cafetière senseo, grille pain four micro ondes….)
Le fait qu’il y ai peu de lumière naturelle car le logement et en demi sous terrain

There were no windows in the bedroom, the other two windows faced the sidewalk, so the windows were kept closed. Better use 2 rooms by 4 people so price 100 euro per day become ok for this:)

Appartamento piccolino ma comunque comodo, nuovo e ben fornito. La posizione è eccellente, vicino al lungomare e a Place Massena ma anche alla stazione ferroviaria (raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15 minuti) e alla fermata Durandy del tram L2, che collega direttamente l’aeroporto con il centro città.
Semplicissimo il self check-in e molto disponibili e gentili i proprietari.
