We very much enjoyed our stays and had no real complaints but an espresso maker would be nice. We ended up buying a stovetop espresso maker.

The Sweetheart apartment is a perfect spot to base yourself for a visit to the Cote D'Azur. Super central in Nice, it's an easy walk to everywhere you'd want to be in town. Also easy to get to surrounding communities by train. Well equipped, comfortable and quiet - it was just what we needed. Others have commented on the A/C - so long as the bedroom door is open, the living room unit covers the entire space effectively. We'd love to return!
Ensure any maintenance related issues are dealt with before guests arrive.
